We had an excellent experience with Weatherguard as they performed multiple repairs following a major hail storm. The office staff was quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The work crew was very professional and cordial and took pride in their work. Both the office staff and work crews followed up to ensure we were satisfied customers. We would highly recommend Weatherguard for roofing and restoration.
Weatherguard's technicians did an excellent job. Roof replaced with 50 yr warranty shingles in less than a day. Their Insurance Claims Coordinator is very professional.
We found weatherguard after they had done some work for some neighbors. They were able to help us determine if we needed repairs due to storm damage. They worked with us and our insurance adjuster and made for an easy process to get our roof repaired and reshingled. They communicated well, keeping us informed on the process. They did great work, were timely, and cleaned up after themselves. We certainly had a good experience and would call on them again if needed in the future.

I contacted Weatherguard in May of 2015 regarding hail damage to my Mother's house. My Mother is in her nineties and doesn't hear well. xxxxx, the Operations Manager, was very patient as I received information from her and then discussed it with Mom. Her entire house roof and the roofs of two outbuildings were completely replaced. Her decking was damaged and had to pressure treated and stained. Those were the easy things....
Mom's house is older and has odd windows. xxxxx was persistent in finding someone to replace the one pane that had been broken. Also, the basement door is not a standard size and again,xxxxx was great at finding the correct door and getting that installed.
Given the courteous nature in which I and Mom were treated, I'd recommend this company highly.
I had my doubts when the Weatherguard truck pulled into the driveway. I'm thankful I that I answered the door and allowed them to service my home. I'm very satisfied.

The company contacted my insurance company, arranged for appraisals, negotiated appraisals to make sure they were accurate and fair, ordered the roofing supplies, had roofing installed and contacted us several times during and after process to make sure we were satisfied with the job. The representative kept us well informed of all progress and timeframes. All the old materials were properly discarded and all debris was cleaned up before leaving job site. The office staff was extremely helpful in resolving any questions I had regarding invoices. The office staff even followed up with my insurance company regarding a question I had about the holdback. Amazing customer service. I highly recommend this company!!
Their representative, xxxxx did a great job guiding us through the process and selection of our roofing. When we were advised of the scheduled date, the materials were delivered that day and the crew started work that afternoon. We were very pleased with the handling of the replacement of our roof as it related to the service and professionalism of the crew who did the work. They were timely and were very thorough in their cleanup as the work progressed and the roof looks tremendous.
I had my roof replaced by Weathergard in June 2015 and the experience and the results were terrific. We have had many hail storms in the xxxxx, SC area over the past few years. I was hesitant to take advantage of the insurance situation (like most of the neighborhood did) to have the roof replaced due to damaged shingles. Many roofing companies came by after the big storms but it was only the Weatherguard rep (xxxxx) that actually climbed up on the roof to take a look at it and give an opinion... go figure. Everyone else said they could tell the roof was bad by looking at it from the ground, making me very skeptical, I am an Engineer by trade, very skilled in construction (but a roof is more than I want to tackle myself) and very skeptical of salesmen! So I took the local reference list provided by the Weatherguard rep and did some heavy investigating. I visited 5 random references across the county, took a look at the roof, and asked the homeowners some questions and in each case they only had good things to say. I also checked out the Revdex.com and found the only complaint was someone finding some nails in their yard, not a big concern. So I went ahead with the replacement. The Weatherguard rep handled all the insurance paperwork and setup. I got a free upgrade to architectural shingles and picked the color. We were considering a non-standard color not typically in stock, so xxxxx actually had to go track down a shingle sample for us to look at... so that was nice, it swayed our vote in the color choice. So our roof looks unique in the neighborhood compared to all the standard charcoal and slate colored shingles. . The roofing team that came out did a fantastic job. They covered up the plants, tore off the old roof and the thousands of nails...., put down the new roof (including special valley water barrier that other roofers do not use), color matched and painted all the roof vents, picked up the thousands of nails on the ground, hauled away all the debris, and had it all done by 5:00. The roof has not any issues, leaks, etc.. in the nearly year since then and looks great. A great look compared to the old 3 tab shingles.. And all I have had to do was pick up 5 nails in the yard that got missed, pretty good considering how many nails were removed. I have been very happy with the results and the experience was pretty painless. So I highly recommend Weatherguard Roofing if you are considering a new roof for whatever the reason.
