I had the most wonderful experience with WeatherGuard! [redacted] came as a referral from a friend to inspect my roof. He was courteous, competent and professional. He did the paperwork for me due to the damage I had and contacted the inspector from my insurance company. At my request, he went with the inspector on the roof to make sure he saw all the damage. As a result, I got a new roof. I could not believe how fast, efficient and professional the crew was in replacing my roof. Even more impressive was how thorough the crew cleared and cleaned up everything. I was so pleased with their work that I had them do other jobs on my house. I have also referred them to family members and friends. All have been just as pleased and impressed as I have been. Even the personnel at the home office have been friendly and helpful. I HIGHLY reccomend them!!
Billing and invoicing. Weather Guard billing for the amount of the insurance check compared to the amount of the cost for the job done. Even when the job hadn't been completed but saying they didn't know. When asked for a detailed billing invoice they would will not send me one but I got that from the insurance company. I told them I wanted to cross reference them. I feel they're saying they did all the work on the line items but really didnt do it. But is asking for all the insurance monies

Weatherguard replaced our hail damaged-roof in 2014, and we were completely satisfied with the job performed. The entire team from the salesperson to the roofers were professional and courteous, and the work was done with utmost quality. They made the insurance claim process seamless, working directly with the insurance company to provide all the necessary information and forms. Then, in 2015 when we had a loose shingle, I was impressed with how they responded, showing no hesitation to fix it and to do so in a very timely manner. We would undoubtedly use them again if needed and highly recommend them to anyone else.
