I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  If  Web Listings actually send me the refund.  I did receive an email from them and they said they would do so.  I will wait to see if it arrives. consumer filed another complaint which we merged with this one: I already filed a complaint on this business back in June - your office contacted them - and sent me a copy of the email from them. Their email to me said they couldn't understand why our web page was in Chinese and they would refund the annual fee that our office paid them. This claim was #11498047. You probably closed the case because it was supposedly resolved. Well, its been three months and they still never sent a refund. Desired Outcome: I want these people to pay us back the money they obviously scammed us into paying - for a product that obviously does not exist. I noticed that there have been many complaints from others about this business. Not sure why they are still in existence. We paid for our web domain - that does not exist. Its someone else's we domain that is in Chinese or some other Asian language.

complaint. The reference # 30830561 and domain name mat-suveinclinic.com which they reference in this complaint has never been activated to date. We have nothing to do with there web site being hacked in any way as we provide search engine ranking and submission services only.Since the complaintant has never subscribed to our services there is nothing to refund.Regards,Web Listings Inc
