I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Their response to the complaint is unacceptable. Although it is true that the wording is included in the letter, it is NOT as obvious as they would lead you to believe. The font is the same size as the rest of the notice. If their intent is to let you know that it is in fact just a solicitation they should be made to have the text in larger colored text as to not mislead. Doing so would be an acceptable and appropriate response to this matter.

obligation to subscribe for the services being offered. The solicitation is direct and straight forward and no attempt has been made to confuse or deceive the recipient. Further more [redacted] would have received subsequent renewal notices asking them if they wanted to renew the services being offered to them. At no point was there any communication to inquire about the services and we would process there renewal as received. We will gladly refund 2016 renewal but don't feel a refund back to 2012 is warranted as the services where full-filled as per the services paid for. [redacted] has subscribed and renewed for 4 years in total. Web Listings Inc. provides search engine ranking and submission services. It is in no way a scam or bogus service as claimed by [redacted]. We have searched our emails and were not able to find any communication by [redacted]. We provide legitimate solutions and deliveries and stand behind our service.
