I am just seeing your email now, so I apologize for the delay I have reviewed the customer's rebuttal The customer's core complaint revolves around another entity, [redacted] [redacted] was hired by the customer to build a website Web Vision Works at no time had any contractual obligation to assist the customer in fixing or re-building a website The customer hired Web Vision Works to advertise her website; I have verified that all advertisement services were rendered Over the period of several months, Web Vision Works went above and beyond the scope of their contract with the client to try to assist her with the issues she was having with her website We did learn late in that [redacted] had changed their ruling on template websites and was no longer accepting sites without original content So, in September of 2014, Web Vision Works stepped in to try to update the client's website so that [redacted] would accept it Again, Web Vision Works was under no contractual obligation to offer this additional service We did so in an effort to show good faith to the client The fact is that [redacted] is whom the client contracted with to build a functional affiliate website It's our understanding that [redacted] is no longer in business While we regret the client's unfortunate situation, we do not agree that Web Vision Works, LLC is at all liable for a product it was not hired to fulfill or complete That being the case, we are still willing to work with the client on a partial refund Contractually we have earned our fees, but we are still willing to work with the client to resolve their complaint Again, Web Vision Works never made any assurance that we were affiliated with [redacted] or any other third party The client entered into an agreement with us to market their website, which we did The client's demand for a full refund is not justified There are true costs that have been incurred that must be accounted for Web Vision Works, LLC is willing to refund the client all the profit we took in on the sale We urge the customer to contact our offices directly to facilitate this process I have reached out to the client by phone and email and have received no response

Web Vision Works will reach out to the client to rectify her complaint and fix any issues she is having We have not heard from the client since November 5th, If there are any problems with her campaign we will rectify those issues as well as re-run her campaign if necessary, at no cost to the client

I have received a call by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have not physically talked to them regarding the issue. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved

This Company is a Scam!!! Won't answer phone now that they have thousands of my money! Auctioned off my domain name without even alerting me!! Made a customer ID on my acct with *** that only they know!! I've lost my entire site!! Incredible!

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The overriding factor in all of this is that *** does not recognize or accept websites from other companies No amount of effort or product from either Web Vision Works or *** *** ***, would have been legitimate - *** does not accept these or work with these other companies *** does reviews of applications/websites after months Accounts that have not made any sales at months are closed.I talked to ***'s Associate Program people *** *and *** *on March 4, They provided me with this information and attached language These emails were originally sent to the fake email address given by *** *** ***: *** - I never had access to such an email account.Web Vision Works dragged its feet often and I would wait weeks before hearing anything back, and then only sometimes and at my persistence They dragged out giving me a new website past the months mark for me to get any refund on the business and past ***'s month performance requirement ***, at Web Vision Works, told me she was working with *** *** ***, in getting me the new website It went back and forth between** and WVW as to who was actually going to redo the website, which they said *** had required because the original websites by both ** and WVW were not acceptable to *** It didn't seen like the rebuilt website by WVW was legit either and I constantly questioned *** about it - she just kept saying, "that's how *** wants it" But the truth is, *** never had any part in these websites other than to reject them.I never would have made a cent in this business because the websites did not connect me with ***'s associate program.I have copies of every email between WVW and myself, and documented phone calls as well

To Whom It May Concern:This client did purchase services from our organization in October of 2014.  It is common practice in our business to contact current clients to see if they wish to pursue additional services and to ensure that the services they purchased are satisfactory....

Sales calls are monitored to ensure no predatory practices are used.  Web Vision Works never allows sales representatives to mislead clients in any way.  Furthermore, the invoice & agreement the client signed specifically outlines the scope of work to be completed.  If the client was unsure of what was going to be done for the money he paid, he had many opportunities to voice these concerns prior to signing the invoice and authorizing us to begin work.  We also complete a telephonic verification on all transactionsn.  It's our practice to ask the customer how their experience was during this call, giving them an opportunity to voice any discomfort they may have.  The client appears to understand that he engaged in a business and he hired us to help rank his website on the major search engines.  That work has been completed.  Sometimes it does take time for results to appear.  Also, we have found that our most successful client's are very active and engaged in their business.  At no time prior to the 25th of February did the customer reach out to us to state his dissatisfaction with our services.  The client also appears to have been very rude and abrasive with our staff, per system notation.  It's our finding that the client's claims of deceptive sales practices, etc are completely false.  At no time did Web Vision Works mislead the client.   Web Vision Works, LLC truly appreciates customer satisfaction.  In an effort to show good faith, we will be reaching out to the client to hopefully rectify the complaint.  We are hopeful that the client will be willing to work with us moving forward, if not, we will offer him a refund based on work completed.  Attached please find a signed invoice & agreement for this client.  We will furnish the client with proof of all fulfillment at his request.  Best,[redacted]Managing MemberWeb Vision Works, LLC

advertising campaign with our organization.  On June 16th, she reached out to our organization stating that other companies were calling her asking her for additional monies.  We did provide the client with a copy of our signed contract at that time.  At no time did the client reach out to us to express her dissatisfaction with my company; if she had called us our customer service department would be happy to work with her.  I have attached a copy of our signed invoice and proof that traffic is being delivered as promised and registrations were completed.  Web Vision Works has no control over who contacts the client regarding additional services.    We look forward to your response and providing any additional information or support in an effort to satisfy our mutual client.  Best Regards,Management Team - Web Vision Works

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I realize that Web Vision "spelled out" to me that they fulfilled their end of the deal.  What I did not realize at the time of purchasing their services is that what they provided me would not result in helping my website to grow.  I received the weekly stat sheet which showed traffic to my site, but I never got any sales. I did not gain one thing from their services, but I gave them $3,000. This dispute will never come to an agreement so we will just have to end it by agreeing to disagree.  I have learned a very expensive lesson dealing with on-line businesses.

I have had the opportunity to do business with Web Vision Works and would like to express my complete satisfaction with the service and support they have provided to me.
After registering with Web Vision Works and paying $1000.00 for services offered I experienced some family emergencies. I contacted Web Vision Works and informed them of my situation and requested a refund of the amount I paid as I was now unable to explore the options I had previously contracted with regarding my web based business.
Mr. [redacted], General manager of Web Vision Works personally called me and promised his companies full support which was provided.
Once again I want to thank Web Vision Works for their professionalism and willingness to support their customers.

I have reviewed this client's file. Here are the facts surrounding her file with our company.  The client paid us to market a website she already had.  She purchased advertising from our company on April 24th, 2014 in the amount of $5,000. On May 21st the client...

contacted our offices and advised us that she had already received multiple sales and visits on her website.  At this time she discussed purchasing additional services with one of our sales associates.  On the 26th of May, 2014 additional services were purchased at a generous discount to the client.  On the 28th of May, 2014 the client contacted our offices and advised that she showed multiple items ordered and had already earned $131.00 in commission.  She was planning on writing a testimonial for our company.  On the 30th of May, 2014 the client again contacted our offices to advise that her computer was down and that is why she was unable to send the testimonial.  We did not hear from the client again until June 30th, 2014 when the client phoned our offices stating that she had a conversation with [redacted] and they advised her she could be an affiliate at no cost.  Per system notation, we advised the client that we only market the site she asks us to market and have no affiliate with any affiliate program or [redacted].  The client was apparently confusing us with another company that claimed she could make 25%.  She spoke with her sales representative who was able to clear the matter up with the client and she had a better understanding at the end of the call.  This was the last conversation we've had with the client till receiving this complaint.  The client has never reached out to us directly in writing or telephone to express any dissatisfaction with our company.  In fact, the client was intending on writing us a testimonial shortly after implementing her marketing campaign.  Web Vision Works had no reason to believe the client was not satisfied.   Had the client maintained contact with our offices we would have been happy to work with her at any time.  Web Vision Works makes no claims to what client's may be able to generate in income from third party affiliate programs.  Web Vision Works provides marketing, SEO and web development services fora number of clients and verticals and has no indirect or direct affiliation with any third party companies.  This is disclosed to the client during the sales consultation and also in the invoices the client has signed. We do appreciate the client's situation and would like to do what we can to help.  A full refund is not available as the services the client has purchased have been provided.  I have attached proof of all fulfillment as well as signed invoices from the client authorizing us to debit her account and initiate work on her behalf. The client makes mention of several different companies in her complaint.  Web Vision Works can only speak for its own dealing with the consumer.  In total, the client has spent $5,800 with our company but makes a claim for refunds in the amount of $10,000.  We believe the client may be mistaking us for another company that she has done business with.  Regardless, we are willing to work with the client toresolve her complaint.  We would like her to contact our offices and speak with a manager regarding her situation.  She can contact us Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm MST.

To Whom It May Concern:[redacted] purchased a marketing campaign for her website from our offices on April 16th, 2014.  There are extensive notations reflected in the client's account stating her dissatisfaction with [redacted] and their apparent inability to respond to...

her.  She did bring to our attention that she was dissatisfied with the product she purchased from us but we worked with her extensively through November of 2014 to rectify her complaints.  The client last contacted out offices on November December 9th, 2014.  We responded to her request for more information and your complaint is the first we've heard from the client since.  We have gone above and beyond with this client to try to appease her.  We've even rebuilt a site for her and also re-ran her entire campaign, all at no cost to the client.  This being said, we are happy to work with the client to resolve her issue.  We will reach out to the client directly and see if a reasonable solution can be obtained.    Web Vision Works, LLC offers marketing and advertising services for small business.  We never lead client's to believe we have a direct affiliation with any third parties.  The signed invoice & agreement also explicitly states that we are not affiliated with any third parties.  We do find our client's dissatisfaction regrettable and will do everything reasonable within our power to rectify.  I have attached proof of fulfillment to this correspondence.  Please feel free to pass it along to the client.  The only item I could not include is the video she purchased from us as it is too large to attach.  There is a link to the video below.  [redacted]Best,[redacted]Managing MemberWeb Vision Works, LLC
