Web Vision Works Reviews (30)

Thank you for your e-mail.  After a thorough review of your account, I have found the following:On April 29, 2014 I spoke with you regarding a purchase you were going to make with [redacted].  I advised you that there was not a need to make the purchase and would recommend not...

buying any more services at that time.  I spoke with you again on October 15, 2014 regarding the above mentioned company.  You had told me you went ahead with the purchase and that you had received a refund from [redacted], you also went on to state that a member of your family had passed and that you were not able to help with the cost of services due to your recent purchase with [redacted].  While speaking to you on the phone the police showed up at your home and we had to end our conversation. Apparently you had called them to tell them how upset you were about the situation with [redacted] and that you wanted to end your life, so they came to your residence to check on you. Our call was ended very abruptly. I notated your file and asked my Manager to call you in a few hours to confirm everything was okay and see what we could to do help.  He left a message for you to please call our office and you did not return the call. The last date we spoke with you was on October 15, 2014. There is no contact that has been to our office to address any concerns or questions that you had with the services you purchased with Web Vision Works, LLC. In fact we have not been contacted by you in over 8 months. All of the services you purchased with our company have been completed, which included 50 search engine registrations, 5 key words coded to your website, 30k units of banner traffic, and one custom URL that would be paid for the entire 12 months your campaign was active.  If you would like copies of all the work we have done I would be more than happy to provide you with this documentation.  Web Vision Works, LLC cannot be held responsible for the lack of communication or dishonesty of another company.  When asked if you should purchase additional services we strongly advised you against doing so.  All the services that you hired us to do were implemented; therefore we cannot issue a refund.  Please let me know if you would like that documentation or if you would like to speak with me regarding anything else not addressed in this correspondence.  I can be reach at our office number or by email.  Best Regards, [redacted]Customer Service Manager

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The overriding factor in all of this is that [redacted] does not recognize or accept websites from other companies.  No amount of effort or product from either Web Vision Works or [redacted], would have been legitimate - [redacted] does not accept these or work with these other companies.  [redacted] does reviews of applications/websites after 6 months.  Accounts that have not made any sales at 6 months are closed.I talked to [redacted]'s Associate Program people [redacted]. and [redacted]. on March 4, 2015.  They provided me with this information and attached language.  These emails were originally sent to the fake email address given by [redacted] - I never had access to such an email account.Web Vision Works dragged its feet often and I would wait weeks before hearing anything back, and then only sometimes and at my persistence.  They dragged out giving me a new website past the 6 months mark for me to get any refund on the business and past [redacted]'s 6 month performance requirement.  [redacted], at Web Vision Works, told me she was working with [redacted], in getting me the new website.  It went back and forth between** and WVW as to who was actually going to redo the website, which they said [redacted] had required because the original websites by both ** and WVW were not acceptable to [redacted].  It didn't seen like the rebuilt website by WVW was legit either and I constantly questioned [redacted] about it - she just kept saying, "that's how [redacted] wants it".  But the truth is, [redacted] never had any part in these websites other than to reject them.I never would have made a cent in this business because the websites did not connect me with [redacted]'s associate program.I have copies of every email between WVW and myself, and documented phone calls as well.

I have received a call by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have not physically talked to them regarding the issue.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Regards,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I realize that Web Vision "spelled out" to me that they fulfilled their end of the deal.  What I did not realize at the time of purchasing their services is that what they provided me would not result in helping my website to grow.  I received the weekly stat sheet which showed traffic to my site, but I never got any sales. I did not gain one thing from their services, but I gave them $3,000. This dispute will never come to an agreement so we will just have to end it by agreeing to disagree.  I have learned a very expensive lesson dealing with on-line businesses.

Regards,

Hello,Web Vision Works appreciates the opportunity to respond to this consumer's complaint.  Below is a timeline of events pertaining to this customer.  Attached, please find all proof of fulfillment as well.  On June 26th, 2013, the client purchased $4,000 in...

marketing services from Web Vision Works; On July 5th, 2013, customer called in and selected his custom domain name,[redacted].**;On July 8th, 2013, Web Vision contacted the client to notify them that a .ca name would not work for their particular business.  We left a message and on July 30th, 2013 the client returned our call and picked a different domain.  On October 11th, 2013 the client contacted us for status and all of his questions were answered.  October 11th, 2013 is the last noted correspondence we have with the client.  Web Vision Works does not have access to certain aspects of the client's website as we are hired purely to advertise and aid in the search engine optimization process for the client's site.  If the client does not notify us, there is no way for Web Vision Works to know that the client is not seeing conversions for our efforts.  It is our company policy to always accommodate customers that are not seeing the desired results from their campaign.  To clarify, Web Vision Works was contracted by the client to perform certain search engine optimization services, which all services were provided as the attached fulfillment shows.  We have also attached a copy of the invoice the client signed with us for your reference. Even though our contractual obligations have been fulfilled, we are willing to work with the client to ensure their satisfaction with our services.  Please have the client contact us directly so we can work with him further.Best,Web Vision Works Management Team ###-###-####

To Whom It May Concern:[redacted] purchased a marketing campaign for her website from our offices on April 16th, 2014.  There are extensive notations reflected in the client's account stating her dissatisfaction with [redacted] and their apparent inability to respond to...

her.  She did bring to our attention that she was dissatisfied with the product she purchased from us but we worked with her extensively through November of 2014 to rectify her complaints.  The client last contacted out offices on November December 9th, 2014.  We responded to her request for more information and your complaint is the first we've heard from the client since.  We have gone above and beyond with this client to try to appease her.  We've even rebuilt a site for her and also re-ran her entire campaign, all at no cost to the client.  This being said, we are happy to work with the client to resolve her issue.  We will reach out to the client directly and see if a reasonable solution can be obtained.    Web Vision Works, LLC offers marketing and advertising services for small business.  We never lead client's to believe we have a direct affiliation with any third parties.  The signed invoice & agreement also explicitly states that we are not affiliated with any third parties.  We do find our client's dissatisfaction regrettable and will do everything reasonable within our power to rectify.  I have attached proof of fulfillment to this correspondence.  Please feel free to pass it along to the client.  The only item I could not include is the video she purchased from us as it is too large to attach.  There is a link to the video below.  [redacted]Best,[redacted]Managing MemberWeb Vision Works, LLC

I am just seeing your email now, so I apologize for the delay.  I have reviewed the customer's rebuttal.  The customer's core complaint revolves around another entity, [redacted].  [redacted] was hired by the customer to build a website.  Web Vision Works at no time had any contractual obligation to assist the customer in fixing or re-building a website.  The customer hired Web Vision Works to advertise her website; I have verified that all advertisement services were rendered.  Over the period of several months, Web Vision Works went above and beyond the scope of their contract with the client to try to assist her with the issues she was having with her website.  We did learn late in 2014 that [redacted] had changed their ruling on template websites and was no longer accepting sites without original content.  So, in September of 2014, Web Vision Works stepped in to try to update the client's website so that [redacted] would accept it.  Again, Web Vision Works was under no contractual obligation to offer this additional service.  We did so in an effort to show good faith to the client.  The fact is that [redacted] is whom the client contracted with to build a functional affiliate website.  It's our understanding that [redacted] is no longer in business.  While we regret the client's unfortunate situation, we do not agree that Web Vision Works, LLC is at all liable for a product it was not hired to fulfill or complete.  That being the case, we are still willing to work with the client on a partial refund.  Contractually we have earned our fees, but we are still willing to work with the client to resolve their complaint.  Again, Web Vision Works never made any assurance that we were affiliated with [redacted] or any other third party.  The client entered into an agreement with us to market their website, which we did.  The client's demand for a full refund is not justified.  There are true costs that have been incurred that must be accounted for.  Web Vision Works, LLC is willing to refund the client all the profit we took in on the sale.  We urge the customer to contact our offices directly to facilitate this process.  I have reached out to the client by phone and email and have received no response.

Web Vision Works will reach out to the client to rectify her complaint and fix any issues she is having.  We have not heard from the client since November 5th, 2014.  If there are any problems with her campaign we will rectify those issues as well as re-run her campaign if necessary, at no...

cost to the client.

I have had the opportunity to do business with Web Vision Works and would like to express my complete satisfaction with the service and support they have provided to me.

After registering with Web Vision Works and paying $1000.00 for services offered I experienced some family emergencies. I contacted Web Vision Works and informed them of my situation and requested a refund of the amount I paid as I was now unable to explore the options I had previously contracted with regarding my web based business.

Mr. [redacted], General manager of Web Vision Works personally called me and promised his companies full support which was provided.

Once again I want to thank Web Vision Works for their professionalism and willingness to support their customers.
