Hello, We reject client complaint - client must understand that stock and price information is dynamic and mistakes / typos can happen.We do have a disclaimer on our site, here it is :" Refund due to an error in stock or price information - We reserve the right to
cancel any order if there was a mistake in quantity OR price information on the product page. in this case customer will be fully refunded of the payment they have made and no item will be shipped"link to disclaimer on our site : ***So we have fully refunded this client .We had also never tried to up sell nor offer him other products, this was a typo / error with advertised price / qty and as our disclaimer above state in this case we refund our clients immediately.Thank you!

To be frank I have no idea what this guy wants from usWe got the product delayed shipping and we filed a complain, that is very processwhere is the scam here?
we then withdraw the claim once we finally got it, again where is the scam here?
They received all their money back, we withdraw the complain against them (with ***) and to my best understating the matter is closedYet they keep calling us liars and use bad words against us - I will not follow their low level language and hate phrases - I will simply AGAIN claim this: we withdraw the claim against them with *** and they got all their funds backThank you

Purchased an item that did not fit and when I returned they charged me an $8 restocking fee which I have never been charged ever when purchasing clothing. When I questioned they sent me their return policy. Upon reading the return policy, the restocking fee did not apply to my type of return. When I emailed them again and showed them that they agreed that I shouldn't be charged. But now they won't return my numerous emails and have not credited my credit card. I have had to dispute it with my credit card. Not a big amount of money but still not how customers should be treated!

Regardless of what the business' policy is, it clearly remains as false advertising on the product page which I faxed in. Attached again is a picture of what it also says on their website, particularly "NO Deceptive Marketing Practices" and "NO Fake Discounts". I hope you understand why they must stand behind everything they say on their website, and not just the parts that are in their own favor.Thank you for your time and efforts,[redacted]

Dear Revdex.com ,We had already communicated with
background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">[redacted] ( the seller on [redacted]  and the person who complained here...  ) . we had fully refunded them about a week ago - they had promised us they will cancel this Revdex.com claim -I have this in writing from them.
In regards to the actual  claim, the package was received LATE so we had to dispute it with [redacted] - [redacted] did refunded us - then once the package FINALLY arrived we cancelled the dispute and return the money to the seller / [redacted] .

I was finally able to speak to Jeff after trying for a couple weeks.  The only reason he did get back to us was because [redacted] was putting pressure on him and we opened the Revdex.com claim.
Jeff's statement about the item arriving late and having issues is false.  Please see the attached documentation and emails from Jeff.  Attached are the details of the sale...
The following is the information from [redacted]'s site.

As you can see, we shipped the item the same day it was ordered.  The item was delivered on December **, 2 days before the expected arrival date.  The recipient, NOT JEFF, but the person who the item was actually ordered for, called us and told us that the item did arrive on this date and nothing was missing.  They had been trying to get in touch with Jeff with no luck as well.
 
The recipient also told us that they never contacted Jeff and told him the items did not arrive.  Jeff did not even attempt to contact us before filing a claim against us.  He was thinking he could scam us out of the money and it would not be worth our time to pursue.  I have several derogatory emails from Jeff about this.  This is the fourth time he has change his story about what happened.  [redacted] is investigating his account and may terminate his account for buyer violations such as this.
 
His first story was that he did not receive one item but asked for a full refund for both. I have been fighting this claim which hurt my [redacted] seller account because of the lies he told.  He has continued to lie, and has just told you several lies in his response. He is a poor business person and does not care how he treats his customers and sellers.  There is no way he should be allowed to get away with this.  I was about to let this all go, but now that I see he is still lying and trying to deceive people, I want to move forward with this because people need to know he is a liar and a thief.
 
We did nothing wrong and actually went over and above for this customer, and he tried to use a buyer claim to get the product for free even though he had been paid for the product by the recipient.

directly by Alumigogo regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Webcortex is an amazing company. It is easy to search for what you need to purchase and with Webcortex not pay for shipping. It works out great for me. My orders always come on time and if I ever have a problem Webcortex is ready to work with me

I love Webcortex and I usually find everything and anything I'm looking for. I've also found things I didn't know existed. I have always had timely shipments or gifts sent without issue. The prices are good.
I'll be more than happy to recommend it to anyone who likes online shopping.

On Dec 1 2017 I ordered a 100 amp RV converter. The shipping address was wrong so within 11 minutes of my order I used Web Cortex "WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS" app to correct the shipping address. 2 hrs. later I once again used Web Cortex "WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS" app to make sure the shipping address got changed. I was duped by their "2 day delivery". The correct shipping address never got changed so the order got sent to Havre, Montana rather than Niland, California. The package was send back to Fieldstone products in Bradenton, Fl. It never left the possession of UPS the entire time. I spent many e-mails telling Web Cortex to make a delivery intervention. It could have been done even before UPS pickup at Fieldstone Products. The package made it back to Fieldstone Products 12/18/2017. Delivered to the front desk and received by an employee named Nordland. After another e-mail by me 2 days later Web Cortex said the could not find the package. 6 days ago Martin Chakrov at Web Cortex said I would have my refund of $218.63 within 48 hrs. This morning Andrew Shuba of Web Cortex said not to worry as they were having with pay-pal making my refund. I have never had trouble sending anyone money within minutes using pay-pal. I have my complaint in with pay-pal. I have made 22 e-mails and 4 phone calls to Web Cortex. 2 calls no answer and 2 calls I was to be called back by Martin Chakrov. Neither return call was made. Now I have been handed off to Andrew Shuba. Starting to sound like more runarround highly recommend not buying anything through Web Cortex.

This Sunday I've ordered a laptop bag http://www.webcortex.com/product_detail.php?id=FXHJZG103884385 it was advertised to arrive in 2 days.
At first, I was having a doubt that the bag will arrive in two days.
But I got surprised, the beg arrived yesterday in the afternoon :)
The first hour I was reviewing the bag and its quality.
The beg was exactly as advertised/described. Also, the quality seems to be a high level.
I like this company "Webcortex" I am planning to purchase more items from this company.

A few weeks ago I've purchased serval items from WebCortex. I've surprised how fast they were delivery to my doorstep. All the items were exactly as described and the price was very low compared to the other online stores.

I could not be more pleased with my entire experience. I placed 3 separate orders over a 2 week period. First a set of Taylormade irons.Next a driver and fairway woods. Lastly, a new bag, putter and head covers for the woods. Every order arrived at my door in 2 days from ordering.
