I bought a blue water bottle, a daily 8 , from WebCortex. I googled 1.9 liter water jug, and that was the website that came up. I added tracking for $1.95, but the only tracking was after Amazon delivered a bottle to me. I was confused. I hadn't ordered anything from Amazon. I wish I had. The one from Webcortex was far more expensive, and then I added shipping, and of course, MORE money for that tracking. I paid with PayPal, so I thought it was a legit website. So, they evidently took my BIG payment, ordered a"gift" bottle for me from Amazon, and made a nice profit. Yes, I am stupid. I have Amazon Prime. I should have browsed Amazon first to see if they had that water bottle. There probably is no way to say this is illegal, so, I have to just say, lesson learned. But, I was emailing Amazon, thinking they'd sent me the someone else's order. I found that it was a gift from a SHAY SABAH. That was super creepy. I retried tracking from WebCortex, to find it was delivered. The same day the Amazon package came to me. So, I'm creeped out. Who runs Webcortex? Is it a terrorist group, or just some punk in his mother's basement? Either way,it is creepy BEWARE!

Yes, we may use another 3rd party warehouse to ship our products and we may use vendors who use amazon as their warehouse - this does not mean we are scam - I was reading carefully your review and found we did really nothing wrong, you ordered from us we shipped your item you received your item - what else we could do here ?

I recently purchased a Starbucks Verismo Milk Frother from WEBCORTEX which only worked for 4 weeks. I have continually tried to contact them by phone (the never answer and never return voice messages) and by E-mail at their published address on their order acknowledgement invoice ([email protected]) which have never been answered. I am wondering if this "supposed" company actually exists or is it just a cover for some scamming organization just to sell bogus goods and then never deliver the real deal and keep the money.
I believe they may be an "empty" entity. Can anybody shed any light on this company or at the least confirm that it is a scam organization.
For reference my order ID is cdd4b18bf8b802b216086962698342 and the Ticket ID for my complaint is 1483558355.

Where do I start??? Web Cortex is the WORST so called company I have EVER dealt with. I ordered an activity table for my son on December 19 from their "2 day delivery" site. The table didn't arrive until December 28! I have called them, emailed them SEVERAL times asking for a return label. I have received ZERO replies from any attempts to contact them. Like other reviewers, payment of $146 was deducted from my account the day I placed the order.
Now, I have no idea where to send the table back to hoping to get a refund. Next stop: Revdex.com!

Cancelled my order and refunded my purchase with no explanation. Better than not getting a refund at all, but still. Why was my order cancelled?

Review: I ordered a costume from WebCortex, Inc. on 10/**/15 with a guaranteed delivery date of 10/**/15. I paid for this purchase through my [redacted] account from which the amount of $34.64 was paid to WebCortex the same day as the order was placed. The costume was not received on 10/**/15. On 10/**/15 I telephoned the company and left a message but received no response. On 10/**/15 I sent the company an email asking for a refund to [redacted], still no response. On 10/**/15 I telephoned the company again and left a message asking for a refund - third time with no response.Desired Settlement: Refund in the amount of $34.64.

Review: I placed an order with Alumigogo on Sat 9/**/2014.On, Oct **, 2014 at 4:05 AM, I reported that package was not delivered.After that, multiple times I send them email asking for the order status and got just excuses.As of today November ** 2014 issue has not been resolved. They are refusing to give me full refund and insisting that I should wait. This was small 10 dollars item which doesn't require special shipment method. Please stay away from this site.Desired Settlement: Full refund

Review: WebCortex will not answer the phone nor respond to voice and web site messages left regarding an unauthorized fullfillment of an online transaction in the amount of $289.42 for a Apogee MIC 96k Professional Quality Microphone ([redacted]) on March *, 2015 - Receipt No [redacted]. The transaction was unauthorized because the web page failed during the ordering process rather than completing and providing confirmation. Subsquently WebCortex billed and fullfilled the transaction. Not only has a charge been incurred but am I left with a microphone I did not want. WebCortex does not answer their phone.Desired Settlement: I would like WebCortex to return any one of my messages (phone call, voice message, website form message) to provide the means to return the merchandise in exchange for a refund.

Review: Jeff B[redacted] runs a website called [redacted]. This website gets product information from [redacted].com and lists the products on their website and upcharges people who think webcortex is an actual company.

Jeff B[redacted] ordered 2 life jackets, paid for them, then claimed they were never delivered to his customer, James O[redacted]. His money was refunded.

James O[redacted], which is where I sent the packages at the request of Jeff B[redacted], called me today and said he DID receive both life jackets. He has been trying to contact Jeff B[redacted] and does not get any calls back.

James O[redacted]’s phone number is ###-###-#### and will verify he did get the life jackets and that he is having issues with Jeff, [redacted] and [redacted] as well.

After trying several times to contact Jeff, we have submitted this claim to get Jeff to pay back the money for the fraud (mail theft) committed by saying the life jackets were never received.Desired Settlement: We want the full amount refunded for the life jackets we shipped and the customer confirmed they received. $125.08 including shipping.

I was finally able to speak to Jeff after trying for a couple weeks. The only reason he did get back to us was because [redacted] was putting pressure on him and we opened the Revdex.com claim. Jeff's statement about the item arriving late and having issues is false. Please see the attached documentation and emails from Jeff. Attached are the details of the sale...The following is the information from [redacted]'s site.Here is the tracking information from the [redacted]Tracking ID: [redacted]As you can see, we shipped the item the same day it was ordered. The item was delivered on December **, 2 days before the expected arrival date. The recipient, NOT JEFF, but the person who the item was actually ordered for, called us and told us that the item did arrive on this date and nothing was missing. They had been trying to get in touch with Jeff with no luck as well. The recipient also told us that they never contacted Jeff and told him the items did not arrive. Jeff did not even attempt to contact us before filing a claim against us. He was thinking he could scam us out of the money and it would not be worth our time to pursue. I have several derogatory emails from Jeff about this. This is the fourth time he has change his story about what happened. [redacted] is investigating his account and may terminate his account for buyer violations such as this. His first story was that he did not receive one item but asked for a full refund for both. I have been fighting this claim which hurt my [redacted] seller account because of the lies he told. He has continued to lie, and has just told you several lies in his response. He is a poor business person and does not care how he treats his customers and sellers. There is no way he should be allowed to get away with this. I was about to let this all go, but now that I see he is still lying and trying to deceive people, I want to move forward with this because people need to know he is a liar and a thief. We did nothing wrong and actually went over and above for this customer, and he tried to use a buyer claim to get the product for free even though he had been paid for the product by the recipient. Thank You.

Dear Revdex.comTo be frank I have no idea what this guy wants from us.We got the product delayed shipping and we filed a complain, that is very normal process. where is the scam here? we then withdraw the claim once we finally got it, again where is the scam here? They received all their money back, we withdraw the complain against them (with [redacted]) and to my best understating the matter is closed.Yet they keep calling us liars and use bad words against us - I will not follow their low level language and hate phrases - I will simply AGAIN claim this: we withdraw the claim against them with [redacted] and they got all their funds back.Thank you

Review: The complaint derives from this webpage: [redacted]Originally, the webpage said that there was one left in stock each time I ordered. I ordered this product 7 separate times. I printed off a copy of the original webpage. The deal was that they were selling a for $3.62. Like I said, I purchased seven of these separately, as each time I went to the webpage, the webpage said there was still one available. I also purchased a tracking number for each order, each one being $1.95. I received an email from a woman named "[redacted]" stating, "All your orders where canceled and fully refunded due to out of stock item." The problem I have with this is that the website also states on itself that they have "no fake discounts," and "no deceptive marketing practices."Desired Settlement: I would like the as advertised product that I originally intended to purchase. This included seven separate transactions, each including as advertised:Sony Handycam FDR-AX100 Wi-Fi 4k HD Video Camera Camcorder with 64 GB Card + Case + LED Light + Battery + Mic + Tripod + Fisheye Lens + Kit.

Regardless of what the business' policy is, it clearly remains as false advertising on the product page which I faxed in. Attached again is a picture of what it also says on their website, particularly "NO Deceptive Marketing Practices" and "NO Fake Discounts". I hope you understand why they must stand behind everything they say on their website, and not just the parts that are in their own favor.Thank you for your time and efforts,[redacted]

Review: I ordered a toy for my grandbaby for Christmas on Nov. [redacted]. When I had not received delivery in an appropriate amount of time, I attempt to call the business 3 times, getting an answering machine, and emailing twice and have received no response.Desired Settlement: I would like the toy to be delivered, though it is now too late for Christmas. If this is not an option, I would like a refund of my $54.14.
