To whom it may concern,In *** *** purchase an email package using the credit card that was recently chargedThis email package was set to renew automatically this yearA refund request was submitted to the Webs billing team the evening of 6/16/The refund was processed the morning

To whom it may concern,***' account with Webs under the username *** was created on 1/4/On the day the site was created a Premium Package was purchased that granted FTP access as well as GB of web storageUnfortunately, server-side scripting was not
supported and is still not supported within WebsOn 1/9/the Premium Package purchased expired and all upgrades should have ceased functioning, to include FTP access.On 11/5/*** purchased a lesser Premium Package that granted 400MB of web storage and should have reinstated his FTP accessThere were several emails and chats between *** and the Webs support teamUnfortunately, it seems that password confusion and syncing of passwords between methods of logging in resulted in an inability for *** to obtain the FTP access he desiredWe sincerely apologize for this confusion and for not helping to get the access situations sorted out and clarified in a timely manor.We have corrected these password issues and reached out to ***We have also refunded the purchase made on 11/5/2013, while leaving the upgraded services active until their expiration on 11/5/2014.Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.Kindest Regards,Webs, Inc

***'s account was flagged during a transaction review process Webs has in place to proactively refund purchases that might be fraudulent*** contacted Webs several times on 2/and 2/15, but the Risk Management department did not review the case until 2/At that time it was
determined that the account should not have been flagged and the site was restored
Due to an oversight the account was flagged again on 2/The site was reactivated the same day and the full price of ***'s Enhanced Package was refunded as a courtesy for the frustration caused*** was informed of this refund and of the situation on 2/

I believe there was more to it then "confusion" but my account is now fixed and I'm confident they will react more properly in the futureI finally was contacted by a person to take care of the situation

This is THE worst website hosting company on the planet!
So far they have double-billed us on two occasions; when we renewed our subscription, their system then erased the entire footer of our webpage -- and we had nearly two dozen clients who had paid us for their business logo and link to be featured in our footerSo we had to refund $to those clients, which is more than we have paid Webs.com for our hosting over the past three years combinedThey have the rudest customer service staff of any company I have ever worked withTheir staff never has any information to resolve issues, all they do is "file a support ticket" and then you never hear from them againNo response, and they do not make any effort to fix the issuesNow today, we had spent several hours making a new page on our website for a promotion we are spending $on, only to wake the next day to find that some of the pictures on this new page had been changed to other pictures within our site, and that all the links we had programmed into the new page had been erasedWorse yet, now pages that we have turned off for the season are showing up in the menu, and under the incorrect categories at thatTheir system is constantly screwing up our website from the back-end(pun-intended)
When I call customer support, not only is their system giving me the WRONG ACCOUNT NUMBER for my account, but then they do not offer to resolve the matter, but only to 'file a support ticket'When I asked for a supervisor, I was huon twiceWhen I got the supervisor on the phone, he did not offer to fix the problemsWhen I asked for even a partial refund, he said he could not do thatWhen I asked to speak to HIS boss, he put me on hold for minutes, came on the line for a moment telling to be hold on, then disconnected the callWhen I called back (twice) the supervisor named KEVIN would not stop interrupting me, refused to listen to the issues, and refused to even try to resolve our problems with our websiteMagically, after Kevin huon me the second time, our entire business website went downDO NOT EVER USE WEBS.COM FOR YOUR WEBSITE HOSTING -- you will regret it!!!

To whom it may concern,On October 24, 2013 [redacted] registered a domain name with Webs and purchased email services. Both were set to automatically renew, which resulted in the two charges in question. [redacted]'s domain and email subscriptions were canceled yesterday and both charges were refunded....
