We sent a refund check #14217 in the amount of $43.00.
Customer has cashed the check.

We talked to Ms [redacted] and sent her the pads she was missing on 04/15/2016.

Our office has tried to contact the customer several times to correct the issue.  
We have left messages and have not had a response from her.

I purchased the heater on 2/7/2015 at the [redacted] from Webster Enterprises. The salesman named Steve told it would be shipped and would arrive in 7 to 10 business days. That was fine but last Friday was the 10th day and have not received the heater. I've tried calling them and...

phone either just rings or the answering machine comes on says they are either on another call or getting ready for an upcoming show. I've sent emails with no response from them as of yet. I want the heater or my money back. I feel I have been scammed at this point.

I have had a horrible experience with this company. From untruth claims during sales to trying to get tech support, to having them honor their return policy - it has been a terrible experience. They do not seem to care.
