I was finally able to get the upload to work (after literally 25+ tries), and I'm really not vindictive enough to actually want to fight over a few dollars...I just wanted Weebly to know how aggravating it is to pay for their service and have it not work properly.Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: If they have reached out and no response from the original email wouldn't you then accept the fact he is not able to respond because of said incarceration you would allow access to my employee who has tried to gain access through every possible method but has been refused. I am the business owner and I would like it to be in my email address which you have on file. [redacted] if they cannot do this then what am I to do? I have paid with my CC every time it has needed to be renewed. But unfortunate circumstances arose when the incarceration took place and he cannot remember the password to the Gmail acct they have on file. Please have them call me at ###-###-#### anytime.
