This client did receive a return call from management twice where we had to leave a voice mail message, and it appears we have not been able to touch base.  We will make another attempt via phone and email, as we do wish to resolve his issue.
I do not see any shipment...

issues, but there have been a few declined payments in late June that could have caused shipment delays.  I will look into when product was shipped to confirm.
This client had a consultation with a sales rep, and then purchased a program from us on 2/21/14.  He was presented with a medical informed consent, contract, and financial  installment agreement.  He agreed and affirmed to all terms presented to him at the time of purchase.  Within the financial terms, we list that the program purchase is non-refundable, and for installment plans,  the client is responsible for the full purchase price of the program.  He agreed to weekly payments, and was given a payment schedule with payment amounts.

Within the medical consent, we list all contraindications, possible drug interactions, medical considerations, and encourage all to consult their doctor prior to starting the program.  It is rare that we encounter clients who have adverse reactions to our program.  In these cases, we try to get as much detail as possible i.e. what type of reaction, when did the reaction start, is there any history of allergies, what is the doctor specifically concerned about (ingredient?).  In most cases, the clients' reaction had nothing to do with the program itself.  In other cases, clients were sensitive to a particular supplement, which we instructed client to take out and continue with program, and we had no further issues.
Even though our purchase terms do outline that the program is non-refundable, and installments cannot be cancelled, we do wish to work with the client to figure out what could be going on.  We are willing to make an exception and stop his installment payments moving forward.  We would like to get details from him on his reaction and symptoms and will reach out to him to discuss.

The product doesn't work ... and I asked for a refund and they have refused. I am taking my complaint to the TV Networks and exposing these frauds. Will be hiring the best legal team to file biggest lawsuit ever.

I ordered this product which requires that you take a specific supplement on certain days to maintain weight loss. The shipments did not come on time which completely threw off the cycle. When I called and asked for the status of my order I was told that they were behind on shipments. After following up a few times I still didn't get an answer so I posted on the F[redacted] page which they promptly blocked.

I am willing to accept the business response in the case that I receive all the products I paid for in one complete package with the healthistart. After the email I sent in December, I received no response. This is the first time I am receiving a response since then after contacting Revdex.com.org.
 
My friend [redacted] who also started the program with me received another shipment with 30 days + 1 week of supplies which is still not the complete package of supplies we have paid for. 
 
I am sure it is a successful program, but without the products it is difficult to follow.

We show communication from client on the following dates:
 
9/7/13 - initial inquiry about program shipment
9/20/13 - delay in shipment, client emailed in inquiring and was sent a response that package was in route.
12/1/13 - Sent in complaint about shipments; we show a response on our end, so not sure why she did not receive.  We offered to fulfill her order in full, including a complimentary HealthiStart ($260 retail value).
 
We have left this client several voice mail messages, but have yet to hear from her.  I am not sure why her bank was unable to get a hold of us.  We are a corporate company and have many employees working her who could have assisted her and bank.
 
We have resolved our shipping issues we were experiencing from our manufacture, and we are working with all of our clients who experienced shipping delays.  
 
We are prepared to fulfill this client's order, including complimentary product to get her back on the program successfully, so she can meet her weight loss goal.  We have worked with thousands of people to help them lose weight, and our program is extremely effective.  We are here to help her restore her health and lose weight if she wishes to move forward.

The client referenced in complaint ID [redacted], purchased a
program from our company on 4/15, after a detailed 30-45 min consultation with a
sales Specialists.  This not a pressured
sales process, as the client chooses to make the purchase online on their own,
and at...

that time is presented with an informed medical consent and purchase
agreement that is explained, and that she affirmed to.  She
would not be able to move through the purchasing process without agreeing to
all terms outlined.  Additionally, she
was made aware that programs at that time were shipping out 2-3 weeks post
purchase, and we shipped within that time frame.
Client called in on 5/15, to complain about her body composition
scale, stating that it was not working properly, and we promptly sent her out a
new one.  We were not made aware that she
had issues with the new one sent.   We
attempted follow up with her on 5/29, 6/3, and 6/17, with no response.  We did not hear from her until she called us leaving
a voice mail on 7/1 stating that she wanted to cancel the program, and again we
made several attempts to call her back on 7/1, 7/6, and 7/15 with no
response.  She finally called us back on
7/22 so we could address her issue.
The information that the client suffers from ulcers would
not be a contraindication to the program. 
In fact, many of our clients who suffer from acid reflux disease and other GI
conditions, state their symptoms improve and sometimes are even completely
eliminated after completing our program. 
Additionally, evidence shows through diet and supplementation one could
possibly eliminate symptoms of ulcers. 
We do not show any reason why she could not continue on the program and we offered assistance and attempted to work with the client giving her
many suggestions that she refused to try. 
At no time did we refuse to help her or try to work with her in
resolving her issue.   We even downgraded her program to match the product that she had received so far, so she did not have to continue to receive product and pay for the program.
Based on the program agreement and terms she agreed to, she
would not be eligible for a refund.

The company seems to be hiding something. First, they will NOT tell you what ingredients are in the product until you become a member. They state it is a proprietary ingredients but will not tell what is in the product. They just repeat over and over the it is all natural. You are unable to search for the ingredients to see if it is something you can take. They continue to state you have to be a member. The price for the program is 654 in full. Then once they found out I had a nutrition practice they would not sell the product to me. Even if I was trying to use the product for myself to see how it worked and if it was a successful program (for my self). They stated I was a competitor. I feel they are trying to possibly hide the fact that they may have poor and cheap ingredients in their products. Any company that has a good product and knows that it works would NOT need to HIDE the ingredients or be concerned that someone with a background in hostile health coaching would be a threat.
I would tell anyone that is they seem shady and they are not upfront with whats in the product and they will not share it with someone that knows nutrition then they are hiding something. I recommend you DO NOT buy this product. If it is such greta company than they would be willing to share what they have with anyone. They are obviously afraid to let anyone know whats in the program.
