our a/c stopped working on the hottest day of the year (naturally) and they managed to make it out the same day and get us up and running again nick came and was friendly, professional, and a life-saver

I noticed a problem with my air conditioner on a Holiday weekend I left a message to request a service call They called me by 7:the next business day and had Dan at my house by 8:- much faster than I had expected He was efficient and explained the problem thoroughly Given the nature of the problem and age of the unit I opted not to have him do any repairs and instead got a quote for a replacement

Worked with Chris [redacted] today for my annual AC/Furnace maintenance Chris does am excellent and very thorough job! He goes above and beyond looking at my furnace even though it was about the AC today He takes the time to explain what he is doing and why

Welsch has been a tremendous provider of my hv/ac services Brian, who most recently serviced my AC was very nice and professional He did a great job and gave me suggestions on some issues I am having with one of my units When it is time to replace I will most certainly choose this company

Their technician stepped hard on my dog's paw and he had his surgery this morning!!! Their tech never acknowledged or even apologizedAnd the way it happened was strange...he was already acting confused in my house and was at the thermostat he wanted but then walked away from it and tried to go back to the same one by going through my kitchenSo he forcefully pushed my dog gate aside when I was there to open the door for him and then he stepped on himMy dog screamed!! This is a big guy wearing heavy bootsNo acknowledgement or apology the entire visitThis is beyond arrogant and rude and there's absolutely no excuseThe manager apologized but said he's one of their bestThat speaks volumes!! They may have earned good feedback in the past but I've heard a lot of concerns from customers in my neighborhood who haven't rated themI should've listened to them!! I'm dealing with it now...so is my dogUse another company!!

We are very pleased with the service provided by Welsch Heating and Cooling They replaced furnaces and air conditioners and installed humidifiers We worked with Rick T*** He provided several equipment options for us to choose from, explained the differences in energy efficiency and was very responsive to follow up questions submitted via email The installers were timely, tidy and polite Rick and the office staff also registered our equipment with the manufacturer to receive additional warranty years and assisted us in filing rebate forms with *** MO and *** Gas Overall pricing was very good/competitive We highly recommend Welsch

Seth Dperformed routine service on my air conditioning system for the up coming summerAll work went well, and we have no complaints

Brian C came out to perform a service and instead recommended a new furnace/air conditioning unit Expecting that type of response from him, we talked and discussed the pros/cons of replacing versus repairing and Brian did a great job Very knowledgeable and thorough - he did the salesman's job for him He was trustworthy and not pushy Unit was installed today and there are a couple issues that I need to resolve and currently have a call in and am expecting a reply Will follhere if reply and expected action is unfavorable However, this review is catered more to the service call and Brian C than the actual installation call, which I consider to be a different matter

We recently purchased a new AC unit for our home. Denny was prompt, professional and very courteous in his visit. He explained everything about the new unit, our current furnace (said it didn't need replacing and was very good), and how the rebate works for purchasing a more energy efficient unit. We haven't had the weather necessary in order to evaluate how well the air conditioner actually works but I am optimistic. We have used Welsch Heating and Cooling for over 30 years and they have never steered us wrong.
