Welsch Heating & Cooling

I noticed a problem with my air conditioner on a Holiday weekend. I left a message to request a service call. They called me by 7:15 the next business day and had Dan at my house by 8:00 - much faster than I had expected. He was efficient and explained the problem thoroughly. Given the nature of the problem and age of the unit I opted not to have him do any repairs and instead got a quote for a replacement.

AC at home serviced by Nick G on 7/1 - he analyzed the issue, gave me the complete rundown on the cause, fix, costs and recommendations.

We recently scheduled a service appointment with Welsch in connection with our annual service agreement. Welsch advised that we would be the 2nd appointment on the agreed upon date and they would call prior to the service person arriving. As promised, they did and the service person (Seth D.) arrived on schedule. He was courteous and performed the work thoroughly and in a timely fashion. He explained what he was doing and asked for and answered all questions. We would highly recommend Welsch Heating & Cooling (and Seth D.).
