Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This is the SAME exact email Red Roof Inn sent meThey simply copied and pasted it onto hereFor 1, I only stayed nights but was charged for I checked in on Monday, March 6th and checked out early on Saturday, March 11thThey're stating I checked out on Sunday, March 12th which is impossible due to the fact that I was in Colorado and had caught my redeye flight on the night of Saturday, March 11thMonday is night; Tuesday is nights; Wednesday is nights; Thursday is nights; Friday is nightsCheck out time is noon and I checked out around 10am on Saturday, March 11thI returned to the hotel later that night around 7pm on my way to the airport to pick up an item I'd left in the roomThe clerk said the room hadn't been cleaned yet and issued me a new key and I went to get the item and returned the key less than minutes later before heading to the airportA copy of my flight details can be sent upon requestThe second issue is the $charge for "smoking" in the roomThis is completely bogusI'm HIGHLY allergic to cigarette smoke and have never so much as taken a drag off of a cigarette before in my lifeSmoking a cigarette would kill meThat's how highly allergic I am to the smokeThis can be backed up by a doctors note as wellNor did I have any guest over during my stayI would like a refund for Saturday night and for the bogus smoking chargeThis is the least acceptable solution to this issue Sincerely, [redacted]

I am just going by my logs and charges are correct since guest checked out early you got charged daily rateYou had weekly special rate when you made reservationsYou only stayed nights therefore 70+tax is daily rateAlso you smoked in room that is why you got charged for smkoing fee Thanks

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The person responding to my complaint was not even presentThe male desk clerk used an attempt to physically and verbally scare and intimidate meHe kept me locked out of my room for over minutes while he harassed and yelled at me refusing to let me in to my room to retrieve all my belongsHe taunted me telling me to call the police, knowing I had no phone and was at risk of missing my planeOf course I was upset, he was not allowing me access to my phone, ID, cash and credit cards! Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI was charged $for a deposit at The Red Roof InnBut as I said before after I sent a complaint to Revdex.com and also or days after I checked out of this Motel (RED ROOF INN) my $was refunded back in my account and I am satisfied with thatThis Motel charges a deposit from the customers I am sure if one would look into it that it would be found that they charge a deposit on the room beside the cost of staying the nightAlso it could be that I was charged because I was from out of town (another state) and they might just charge for out of state visitorsBut Yes I am satisfied I finally got my deposit backI consider this an Unfriendly Motel and have no intentions of going back and I am glad to drop this case

Guest is not going to be receiving any refundsShe started being rude to desk clerk and shouting infront off other people for no reasonDesk clerk was trying to explain why her keys were not working but she didn't want to listen to him and started going off for no reason at that point desk clerk
said if she stops being rude she will get keys but again she started cursing at him for no reason.

I am rejecting this response because: The check and agent was provided with my service animals ID tag at the time of check in by my assistanceHowever, Eric the agent refused to except them as service dogs and he stated they were going to charge $per dog When I arrived in to the office to ask for the managerThe agent then refuse to check us in and advise me there was no manager on siteAnd then proceeded to ask for his managers name contact information and the name and number for their legal departmentAt that point the agent stated he will issue us a full refund but he still was not going to check it soon since I wanted to speak with his manager and the legal departmentThey contacted the travel agency advise them of the situation and advise them to call to speak the front desk so I can get a refund and get reasonable accommodationsSince then the reservation has been canceled but no refund has been receivedSense no refund has been received, and we are maxed out on our phones, we are unsure of what’s going to happen since the hotel refuse serviceAs a disabled person new company or person should go through this

No refund will be given. Guest is making excuses for refunds. She started it all. Absolutely will not get any credits or refund by making up a story. She is the one that started it all by cursing and being rude to desk clerk. I will not be responding to any emails from this guest anymore.

He taunted me telling me to call the police, knowing I had no phone and was at risk of missing my plane. Of course I was upset, he was not allowing me access to my phone, ID, cash and credit cards! He did not give me a key until I began to cry and told him I would knock on every door until another guest let me in to call the police. Even if he  thought I was rude to him once he locked me out, that does not give him the right legal or otherwise to lock me out of a room I have paid for in full. You cannot charge someone for smoking in a room when they've provided proof that they didn't. I will not let this go until this fraudulent charge is returned.

From: Red Roof [mailto:[redacted]@gmail.com] Sent: Thursday, January 25, 2018 9:41 PM To: Complaints <[email protected]> Subject: Re: You have a new message from the Revdex.com   Hi there, I am replying to this email because I tried to reply to message directly in the Revdex.com website but it will not let me. mr [redacted] was denied service because he caused problems last time he stayed at our red roof inn location. he's what you call in the hospitality business a DNR (Do Not Rent List) guest. last time they were here caused so much trouble and were so rude in front of other guests towards our front desk staff. we can provide documentation proving that they were put in DNR  last time they were here. there's two perfectly healthy individuals that have 3 dogs and they don't want to pay for them. the following is a quote  from the ADA website.   Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA. Other species of animals, whether wild or domestic, trained or untrained, are not considered service animals either. The work or tasks performed by a service animal must be directly related to the individual’s disability. It does not matter if a person has a note from a doctor that states that the person has a disability and needs to have the animal for emotional support. A doctor’s letter does not turn an animal into a service animal.   Kind regards: Red roof management.

[redacted] was upgraded to a higher quality lens at no charge. Customer is satisfied and can see through glasses, and she picked them up on September 15th.

Refund has already been giving allow 15 days to go through. Guest already called red roof and it has been taken care off.  Thanks.
