I am so confused with dates 8/24 to 8/29 I do not see any reservation foe this guest and we cannot find any records of this person staying at our property so there is nothing I can do. Thanks.

I am rejecting this response because:This is the SAME exact email Red Roof Inn sent me. They simply copied and pasted it onto here. For 1, I only stayed 5 nights but was charged for 6. I checked in on Monday, March 6th and checked out early on Saturday, March 11th. They're stating I checked out on Sunday, March 12th which is impossible due to the fact that I was in Colorado and had caught my redeye flight on the night of Saturday, March 11th. Monday is 1 night; Tuesday is 2 nights; Wednesday is 3 nights; Thursday is 4 nights; Friday is 5 nights. Check out time is 12 noon and I checked out around 10am on Saturday, March 11th. I returned to the hotel later that night around 7pm on my way to the airport to pick up an item I'd left in the room. The clerk said the room hadn't been cleaned yet and issued me a new key and I went to get the item and returned the key less than 10 minutes later before heading to the airport. A copy of my flight details can be sent upon request. The second issue is the $100 charge for "smoking" in the room. This is completely bogus. I'm HIGHLY allergic to cigarette smoke and have never so much as taken a drag off of a cigarette before in my life. Smoking a cigarette would kill me. That's how highly allergic I am to the smoke. This can be backed up by a doctors note as well. Nor did I have any guest over during my stay. I would like a refund for Saturday night and for the bogus smoking charge. This is the least acceptable solution to this issue.

I am just going by my logs and charges are correct since guest checked out early you got charged daily rate. You had weekly special rate when you made reservations. You only stayed 6 nights therefore 70+tax is daily rate. Also you smoked in room that is why you got charged 100 for smkoing fee....
They did not have service animal tag on animal therefore we said we would charge for pet fee. We know service animal policies, we have lots off customers staying with service animals every week. So we will still make sure our desk clerk knows the rules and policies again. Thanks.
