I have received too many calls to count from this companyThey call MULTIPLE times per day sometimesI will answer, and NO ONE IS THERE AND THEY HANGUPI have had itThey never leave a voicemail or say who they are or why they are callingI had to find out who the company was by searching the number [redacted] in [redacted] I do not have a clue why they are calling me, because they just hangup on youIf they insist on calling and I answer, like I have dozens of times, do not hangup on me

I do not accept the response from the businessI disagree with this response and there is a statement written in the response aboveFirst off, Mayes Automotive Group should of never recommended a transmission flush on a car that has an unknown service historyThey were fully aware that I didn't know the service history of my vehicle and they still made the recommendationThat verifies that the individuals employed at Mayes Automotive Group were out for the almighty dollarTheir service consultant was well aware that there was a risk involved with this particular service and he still made the recommendation anywaysI have spoken to several transmission shops around the area, and they all stated that a car with over 100,miles on it should not have a transmission flush performed on itCertified mechanics at shops such as [redacted] Transmission Service, ***'s Auto and Truck Service, AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care, Ace Transmission Service, and more shops all stated that there should of never been a transmission flush performed on my car due to it having over 150,miles on itFurthermore, Mayes claims that the life expectancy of a cobalt transmission is around 150,milesWith them knowing that, why did they make the recommendation that they did ? Sounds fishy to me, and proves that they were after moneyIn addition, [redacted] stated in his response above that he spoke with my new employerThat is a lie, [redacted] never spoke with my new employer about my current predicamentWith that being said, he is being dishonest and made a statement aboveHis dishonesty proves that they are wrong and he is trying to squeeze out of this particular matterAlso, his dishonesty proves that Mayes Automotive Group is a crooked place and took advantage of meTo add too matters, I have yet to receive a check in the mail for the transmission flushA whopping dollars, which will not cover the cost of a new transmissionI put my trust in Mayes Automotive Group to take care of my car properly and they took advantage of meThe owner, service consultant, and service manager know that they are wrong and they refuse to stand behind their workMayes Automotive Group in Aurora, Missouri owes me a brand new transmission for their wrong actionsA vehicle with over 150,miles on it should never have the transmission fluid flushed out of it and they knew thisProfessional mechanics stated that their practices and business was wrong and this incident should have never occurredMy transmission was running perfectly fine before Mayes touched my carAs soon as my car left their car lot, it started acting upThat alone verifies that their practices were wrongAdditionally, I spoke with a District Manager of Firestone in the Joplin area about my current situationHe stated, "A transmission flush should not be performed on a car with over 110,miles on it." West Asset notified me of collection attempt of *** account in *** The account was never mine so I disputed it with themWest Asset sent me bills from *** which showed a name and address WHICH WERE NOT MINE I filed a dispute with *** *** West Asset said the investigation showed the debt to be valid but never provided me with the documents showing this, even though I have requested it many times in the past yearsIt has been reported to the credit unions and has had a disastrous affect on my ability to obtain creditI have made many attempts to contact West Asset in order to challenge this account and have received NO proof, or help in this matter
It seems as if the ss# *** has on the account is mine, although I have never lived at the address they have on record, nor spelled my name the way they have it

I paid the collections off as soon as I was notified before they went to collection and was told these would be deleted from my credit file
I paid these collections and they are still on my report I paid as soon as I found out about them and they were my ex husbands
