This company is showing up on my credit report under collections I dont recall this company and also.It's paid and closed
I have attempted to contact this company on all of their numbersThey have placed me on hold hung up on me every time I have this company name listed on my credit report under collections The collection was for $*** and is now closedI do not remember this account and do not know what it is for

I have a $*** paid and closed medical debt collection from years ago from West Asset that is preventing me from buying my first car on my own
In ***, I had a medical bill from my local hospitalIt was for $***It was closed/paid in ***This collection may be closed but it is not removed from my credit reportAs a result, it is deeply affecting my credit and I can't even lease a car because of this small $*** case closed collection from three years agoI'd like to move on and be able to build my credit and take care of myselfAnd I can't for some reason move forward because of this one small paid $*** medical bill from over three years ago

This company is a debt collection agency that uses fraudulent information to collect debtThey told me they were a law firm suing me for a debt that is NOT MINEThey then debited my checking account more than once without my permissionTHEY ARE USING FRAUDThey were sued by the Consumer Protection agency and fined over $*** due to fraud in I will be reporting them to the *** and I hope you doThis company needs to be shut down and they should be ashamed of themselves

Paid bill and was promised it would be removed from credit report or never reported in the first placeIt has been paid and closed for years
West Asset Management promised me that if I sa payment plan that this would be removed from my credit reportI paid in full and it is still showing

They're harassing meNon stop calls all day, they never leave a voicemail so I have no idea what they want, and then they call me and threaten me
They call me up to to times dailyNever leaving any kind of voicemailsI never call random number backEverEspecially with no voicemailsAnd then to call and threaten me? Is out of line and unprofessional

this company is charging me with debts that belong to my fatheri have contacted them, they know the collections are not mine, and will do nothing
west asset are reporting to my credit score saying I have accounts in collections with themthis is false, the debts belong to my father *** *** ***I am *** *** ***, after contacting the company they refused to help methey did however want me to send in more information which I am not comfortable doing because of the situationi was able to determine after running my name, date of birth, and social that I have no accounts with themBut they are still reporting the collects to my credit scorethis also leads me to believe that my fathers information has been compromised

I resolve an prior obiligation with W.A.Min which was reported to my credit report and was told upon resolving it will be removed and has not happen
Back in *** I recieved a letter in refrence to a debt obligation I owe for a hospital payment and if I don't care of the payment it will show on my credit reportI called W.A.M and said if I set up a payment arrangement they will removed from my credit reportI settled with W.A.M and to this day I check my reports and still shows and W.A.M has not fulfilled there end of the bargain and took advantage mof me and unfair business practice

They are reporting to the credit agency as charge off/closed account although the account was paid in full

I am still showing a derogatory account in my name from WAMI have mailed and contacted them regarding this and have gotten no reports, no response, no feedback, and no return regarding this issueThis is affecting my score, and this collection is to be removed from my name immediatelyI have not received any correspondence from this agencyAll negative items for *** *** *** is to be removed immediately, before further investigation against the company for fraud and illegal activity is sought after
