Our just-now installed shutters are beautiful and add quality and class to our home! So well made and perfectly installed by master craftsmen Kevin and Josh.
Thanks to Co-owner Lisa for perfect measurements and ideas on what would work best for us. Margaret kept us well informed and coordinated our job.
We love that this is a St. Petersburg company (30 years in business, I think) and Lisa and her husband live locally!

West Coast Shutters installed plantation shutters on almost every window in our home about 10 years ago. Before we purchased shutters we toured the factory and were impressed with the quality of construction. The installation crew were professionals and took care to be sure we were happy with everything before they left. We've had no problems with the shutters until our window cleaners broke one of the louvers recently. West Coast had left extra louvers in case something like this happened. When I contacted West Coast they sent directions and the parts that I needed to complete the replacement -- at no charge. The repair process took about 10 minutes.

When they were finished, they cleaned up as though they were never there(I'm retired military) Margaret called and asked if there was anything we needed. Nothing was our answer. We ordered and received our shutters from West Coast Shutters. We are completely happy with their service and products ,.from start to finish, it was completely professional. The staff that installed the shutters were very careful not to disrupt anything in the house and were very good with my two barking dogs. After having wooden shutters at a previous location we were certain that we wanted them in our new home.

I ordered 4" plantation shutters for my family room, living room, bedroom, and bath. LOVE them. The quality is exceptional; the installation was professional, quick and they were courteous. Great company to work with. They even give a couple of extra slats in case something happens to one of the shutter pieces (my dog chewed on it when he was sitting on the back of the sofa). I loved the look so much I ordered more for the master bedroom the next day!

Working with this company, office staff and owner has been a true delight. I purchased by blinds and shutters easily 8-10 years ago. I had one bedroom redone 2 years ago changed color to brighten up room. I'm having windows installed in December and needed to remove the shutters. When talking with Margaret (Mags) she made it so simple to get a tech out to remove them. They are going to paint them again to brighten up the room. The service tech did a great job in removing the shutters and assisted in showing me how to remove the blinds from the windows when the new windows arrive.

I got plantation shutters with west Coast 8 years ago. Recently one of the shutters slats got a little loose and needed a small plastic replacement part. They mailed me the part and a few extras the day I called. You can't get that kind of response from a big box vendor. This is a family owned company and they really care about your experience. My shutters have withstood much in the searing Florida sun and they look like they were installed yesterday. I would highly recommend West coast to anyone. They have the ultimate combo of great attitude, service and products.

West Coast Shutters completed the installation yesterday of shutters that they manufactured for me. Their installation team did an outstanding professional job and I am completely satisfied with the quality of the shutters and the installation. Upon completion of the installation, they cleaned every spec of residue that occurred during the installation. The entire process, from getting a quote thru manufacturing and installation was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them if you are in need of quality shutters. They were able to match my shutter color to my existing trim color further enhancing the beauty of the end product. West Coast Shutters did our whole house over the past 15 years and just repainted
some of our original shutters and made new ones for a major remodel we just finished. Their quality and service is excellent and they stand behind everything that do. Our experience has always been great.

West Coast Shutter promptly responded to our request for repair needs on plantation shutters purchased a few years earlier. That repair was fulfillment of a "life guarantee,"
the written version of which we could not locate at the time of the request. "No problem," said Customer Service Supervisor "Mags" Clark, who even remembered our name and location in Tampa.. President "Lisa" said the same, and the repairs were done two days later. What a pleasant experience, especially in a world where "life guaranrtees" too often have a short life.
