This is a copy of the tracking page Plus, it is unacceptable for an organization to insulate themselves from their paying customers I shouldn't have to submit an online form to interact with you as a customer and then wait for a response This has taken days to get to this point It would be different if this was a free service, but it is not, and there are no other options to avoid using this serviceMy employer instantly increases my salary once I can show a conferred degree...this costs me money each day we don't solve the issue And, I don't see it as solved.If the transcripts have been sent please update the tracking page indicating that such actions have taken place

Student placed orders to University Of The District Of Columbia that have all been delivered and have yet to be downloaded by the institution.A support ticket will be submitted to the student with all of his order numbers and receipt of the transactions proving they were in fact delivered
