HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! LEFT US HIGH AND DRY ON POOL INSTALL!
This was a hostile work environment which we have 5 witnesses to attest too. We also gave them their money back on phase three and they were only charged for the work we completed ! The concrete contractor would not even touch this job because of how hostile the customer was we he showed up ! Over 23 years in experience we have never worked in such an environment! All off this terrible things that are going on with this virus and the state of families including mine and this is what people are complaining about. We cannot grade the area and put concrete down when the yard stays wet. Even the concrete contractor tried to explain this to her but she was just horrible to him even ! It's a procedure which we were continually harassed about while trying to get the work done !
The only "Hostile" one here was Phillip. I simply asked a question. I never raised my voice. He SCREAMED, and cussed in front of my neighbors daughter and when I told him there was a child there he said "I don't care" and carried on SCREAMING. I NEVER spoke to the concrete guy once, I didn't even SEE him. When they were leaving my husband went to give one of the workers his shirt he left on the back porch and the worker said "I am so sorry....That was sooo unprofessional of him, I'm embarrassed." The yard was dry on many occasions but he never came then. He was hardly ever here and when he was it was for no more than a couple hours with 2 exceptions.
When I handed him the court papers he came to our door SCREAMING, again and told my husband "*** you, ***" The straw that broke the camels back for Phillip, in our opinion is when the concrete guy told him he would have to put gravel down first. I think he did't price the job correctly and was freaking out over the money. So instead of talking to us he just quit. Lastly, we caught him in multiple lies and could not trust him.
We will not be responding to anymore complaints from this customer ! We have witnesses and documentation and I think our 23 years of reviews and our A rating speaks for itself ! Our customers our are number one priority and we have never had to stop in the middle of a project for a customer and refund their money and move on in 23 years ! But their are people out there you just cannot work with or for and that's part of owning your own business. We can not control the weather and when we started this January and February it rained a lot which there is proof of that so we could not help this yard would dry out to get the work done. The customer was impatient about that process .
