The installers Cory S. & Zack did a wonderful job of installing my shower stall. They were courteous, kind and efficient. The materials and workmanship are high quality. I highly recommend West Shore Home for tub/shower remodels.

Cory S and Zack did a great job on our shower ! They worked very well together! They helped us with the placement of the shower bars and shelves. They left everything clean.

Very easy process from start to finish. Ordered front and back doors along with storm doors and had them ordered, crafted and installed in less than a month ! We had a great sales representative, Chris Parent, who was very knowledgeable about all products we inquired about. The crew that did our installation came on a Saturday which really helped us out with our work schedule. They were very professional and efficient despite the major thunderstorms we had that day!

Craig Dunn and Jordan Smith did an outstanding job installing my door. Professionnel and courtious, I would highly recommend them and West Shore Home.

I had two very nice gentlemen work on installing my new bathroom. They ran into a couple of unexpected things. They took it in stride and kept working into the evening hours. my bathroom was completed in one day. I can't believe he difference it makes in appearance and it's easier access. GREAT JOB.

My bathroom shower is just what I always wanted. Tony did a Excellent job, very polite & friendly . I would recommend Tony if my family & friends needs repair in their home.

Brytons and Installer Jeff F. did a fabulous job on my shower. Brytons thought of a ledge idea that I would have never considered -- and now love. Jeff went above and beyond to make sure everything was clean, secure, and lined up perfectly.

Steve Grabill, Tony & Chelsea did a thorough and efficient job removing out old windows and installing new windows. Excellent cleanup, as well. We are quite pleased.

Steve M, Brytons came out and installed my shower door. He did a great job and did this in a timely manner.

Steve A installed our shower this past Wednesday and did a fantastic job. He was very dedicated to his job and wanted to finish it in a day.

On March 1 I had a bathtub/shower install scheduled. I noticed the right wall pattern didnt n=match up and asked why . Oh he said I would hav noticed that when I culked it., OK . He then offered to go to the shop, cut a new wall come back and finish that same day. After a call to his boss he found that there was none of this at t he shop , had to be ordered and would be in on MOnday mar5 , he would return Mar6 to install . .Friday 3/2 eve I noticed a 3"crack in the back wall. Saturday I called my sales person said hed put in a "service" ticket , This wasnt even completed install yet. Monday I called the company multiple times , NO ONE calls back I hae no idea if they are coming the next day and do they know about both walls.Finally at 5:30pm I get someone . Oh yeah the walls will not be in untill later this week. greaat so I rescedule for 3/15 , They replaced the right hand wal but I was told they couldnt replace the back wal because they couldnt get it off so they just put the new one overtop. SO Im trying to call the company since tryijg to get some sort of discount for all this . NO calls back. Ive left messages, I dont have any copies of the contract or what I signed when the job was done . I did speak to a guy on 4 16 . Hes confused and has can no way answer or help me in any way he tell me. He tells me he will send the documents, he doesnt , I get no calls about this double wall issue . How do I know it this is safe Im at my wits end

After tv ads and research, we decided to consider West Shore to replace the windows in our home. The presentation, although lengthy, convinced us due to quality, comparisons and the easy install process, all to be completed in 6-10 weeks. That was on 10/24/17 and we still do not have proper windows in our kitchen. The ones that were partially installed are defective and we’ve had to leave work 5 times since to meet with people who don’t know the story and although they leave us with a promise, the date comes and goes and we have to keep calling them and starting over with someone else. Since the initial install on 1/8/18, our kitchen is a mess (we keep getting promised replacements and wait, but it never happens) our dining room is cluttered from the kitchen furniture and raw insulation is hanging from the outside of the windows. The 5 large windows are bowed and have many sections letting in so much air, it whistles loudly in the wind. We’ve tried taping the draft cracks but it doesn’t last. Our old windows would have been better to go through winter with, we have an electric heater in the kitchen yet the room is still 10 degrees colder than the others. Our heating bills have increased. My husband and I have called many times with no recent reply (nothing since 3/7/18). Last week I sent a letter requesting a refund so that we can get windows from another company. I sent a letter, pictures and video of the whistling windows. Still no reply! I called on 3/19/18 and was promised an update later that day, nothing again! We need our refund to purchase the new windows. We will continue to pursue but I wanted to let others know about this so that they can make an informed decision before selecting West Shore to install their windows! Thank you.

Jeff F did a great job removing my existing tub and replacing it with a walk in shower.

Very happy with Trip G service , very need and excellent job .Thank you

All of the employees were great to work with. They ensured everything was going smoothly and was readily available. Trip Gaskins was the installer and he always showed up when he said he would, he would make sure the time was good and was very conscientious.

Brytons Home Improvement did a wonderful job on my shower installation.

We contracted for replacement windows to include new trim and sills in August of 2017. In October, at time of install, we discovered that we were sold sills in the finish to match our windows and trim however West Shore does not sell them. It took several appointments to discover this due to employees not knowing what the company offered. It is now February and the job is still not complete.
Secondly, outdoor caulking of some windows was sloppy and should be corrected.
Additionally, the company is unwilling to provide an itemized invoice of the amounts charged to us. This unwillingness questions their honesty in what customers are being charged. At this point we have been provided totals from three different representatives all with varying amounts.

I am contacting you as I missed the original correspondence from the business on 3/12 but saw the notice of closure of the case today. The business has met the request of providing itemized billing, and completing the job at this time. We are rejecting the business's response under the premises that we have not been offered any credit towards the amount charged to date. We are requesting a credit based off the facts that we were sold a product the business does not sell and breaching contract ( sills in the same finish as the window and casing), the job was expected to be completed in 1-2 days the job was just completed today which is approximately 5 months from the start ( approx 7 months from date of purchase), and the customer service we received was not up to our standards. Please advise any additional information required on my behalf in order to re-open this case. Please confirm receipt of this message.Kind Regards
