On 4/10/17 we signed a contract with Westar Mortgage & Realty 1775 W Wimbledon way
Tucson,Az 85737 and gave them $50,000 to finish the basement of my son's house at XXXXX N *** XXXXX We gave then an additional $75,000 to add 2 rooms and a three car garage on8/3/17 .They have been telling us that they are waiting for the Ok from Pima Flood Control but I spoke to a man there today and he said they have not sent in the required paperwork Their answer to our phone calls and that of my son are always the same they are not being truthful and I want a complete refund minus the work done on the basement
