Graduating was obviously a high point in my lifeNow, moving forward, and working and paying off bills from school is the next one [redacted] was amazing in his job of explaining things in terms that everyday people can understandI am very satisfied with my experience with WBGI have had a few issues with getting in touch with people, but they always seem to get the job done for meMy loans have been consolidated, I have a low payment, and am now able to continue living the American Dream

I have reached out to [redacted] and confirmed that she has received a full refund and feels that the complaint # [redacted] was resolved in a satisfactory matter

WBG is there for me! They took their time to understand my situation and created a plan that I could affordMy agent was very detailed and made sure to answer all of my questionsHe was personable, down to earth, and genuinely wanted to helpThank you WBG, I couldn't be happier with my outcome

WBG has been so helpful and willing to help me find ways to lower my student loan payments in my financial stateThey know exactly what they are doingI am SO thankful for WBG; they are saving me hundreds of dollars every month

I was in debt for student loans over $40,and looking at defaulting on them because I haven't been able to find workWBG was there to helpThey consolidated all my loans and gave me a payment that I can affordOn top of that, I was provided benefits that help me save money everyday!

I am very happy that I contacted WBG for assistance in my student loan consolidationEver since they helped me consolidate my student loans and set up automatic debit for my payments, I am able to sleep better at nightI had lost a lot of sleep with my high balanceNow it's like I am not even paying for them because they are debited from my acount so, if I don't see the money, I don't feel the loss

I signed on with this company in good faith to help me set up an income based re-payment plan for my defaulted student loan After the initial paperwork and sending them all the requested information I had no further communication from them except the withdrawal of $from my bank account ($200/month agreed upon service fee for months I cancelled my services before the 3rd payment.)
I don't know if this company is legit or what but in my case I received no help whatsoever Instead my problem was made worse The holder of my loan ended up sending my loan to a collection agency I was under the impression that there was communication between WBG and my lender letting them know that a re-payment plan was in progress Apparently not so
I am currently in the process of trying to obtain a refund from this company
They offer a gamut of other services which may be totally fine, but in my case and my issue the service was a complete failure

I just want to bring to light for people looking for loan forgiveness dontThis company is a fraudTalk to your lender about the to options the government offers as help not these smooth talking sharksAll they want is your money with little to loan services offered except for some paperwork filedPlease do your due diligence research before u give your hard earned money awayThey almost got me but I caught them in a bold face lie ...Good luck .It's America if u like there services then great but this is for my folks that really need help not just a sweet deal laced with enticing deceptive legal garden

I was very surprisedThis company gives the BEST serviceAfter answering a questionnair, they contacted me to follow up on all of my questions and concerns and informed me of all the options available to me for my student loansTHANK YOU WBG!
