Dear Complaintee, you put NO name on the complaint or order number or the type of golf bag. As far as we are concerned this is not a VALID compplaint. July 18th was last monday and the 23rd was Saturday. We apologize but you need to put
details so anyone can look up the order. I think the problem is YOU by not communicating the right information. We appreciate your support!

refunded my money also in his website it show that you have a billing address and a shipping address I gave both I don't know where he's coming from a bout of using a falsified card once again this is a total and complete life from this business I would also like to know what further action I can take your response to be greatly appreciate it thank you

The Cardholder got refund back in Janor should be any dayThe Cardholder disputed the charge with their bank and sometimes disputes can take up to to months Thank you for your business

Customer is lying and should not be allowed to buy on the internet. She made my employee cry on the phone and it was a golf bag that stated SPECIAL ORDER AND direct ship from the vendorit stated Please allow ADDITIONAL DAYS.... IT WAS LEFT OPEN BECAUSE FOR PEOPLE TO CALL AND ASKWHEN PEOPLE CALLED WE WOULD TELL THEM THAT IT WAS OPEN ENDED AND THE ORDER WAS NOT GUARANTEED. NO WAY DID MY EMPLOYEE HAVE A RIGHT TO BE TREATED IN THAT MANNER AND NO WAY DID THE EMPLOYEE GUARANTEE THE BAG FOR XMAS. HOPE THIS SUFFICES

Customer order 7months ago and we  provided shipment with trackign number.   We provided gloves to them and customer is lying to everyone. Get real  and get honest with your self.

Dear Revdex.com, This Customer called on the 23rd of December and asked where the order was .. We  told her it was a SPECIAL ORDER ON OUR SITE AND SPECIAL ORDER WAS DEFINED ON OUR SITE ON AN ITEM NOT IN OUR STOCK AND REQUIRES ADDITONAL  TIME TO SHIP OUT. WE LEAVE IT OPEN BECAUSE THIS VENDOR...

IS VERY DISORGRANIZED FOR THE DOLPHINS CART BAG.. THIS PERSON  WENT OFF ON MY CALLING  NO WAY DID YOUR SITE state that..  I told her on 9900 items from this vendor every item has this on each Buy button   it states Buy  SPECIAL ORDER  order now!  and the definition. right above it.  She threatened us to get a tracking number and made me literally cry..  Then I had a husband call and make threats on voicemail , which we did not pick up..    All over a golf bag that stated on our site that is not in stock. She said should would keep the bag and dispute the charge with the credit card.. Unbelievable from a older women and older man from NC. She said Customers are Always right but have no right to treat people like this. I hope you can make sense and tell her to stop calling me at 1 :30 a.m. to 3:30 a.m. today..    I will not pick up the phone calls and I will not respond to emails..... Tell them to stop harrassing  us~!  Please help us out with this customer We can fight the transaction because they have the golf bag now.. if they refuse the bag it will go to never never land.. I told them to return the bag to
