Dear Valued Customer,. Please  have your credit card company customer service call us at [redacted]    We show a dispute chargeback that was inited after you said you did not want the product . Yes you called three times...  and nothing was done. We are sorry for the lack of communication..   We can't do anything more except accept the chargeback because their is no tracking number in the details. We will not win and the money is in holding of the chargeback case.  Once the cc people resolve it or work the case it should be resolve in your favor. 99%. We apologize.. just have your credit card people call me so they can explain it to you. going thru the CC people charge back and Revdex.com only complicates things HOpe you understand.

this Customer threated to do a charge back and starting swearing at us on the phone. We tried to contact the customer since March 23rd and memorized his voicemail because we called SO many times. Then we get a lady that yells at us and threatening to do a charge back.  if they are going to do a...

chargeback to get the $$$ back from their card company. . We will not credit it and then lose money twice. We will await the decision of this [redacted] customer. Please help this customer yelled on Saturday night  on VM when we were OFF and went off on us when we were off on Sunday. This customer is [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:Not a surprise, but, Western Golf Shop said they are going to refund my card here on the Revdex.com site and has not done so.  When I inquired when the refund would be processed, Joe wrote: "You are mr tough guy.  With your comments . Go for it. We are filing charges against you. You should learn you can't take it personal Learn the law"Not sure what charges are being filed against me for not receiving an order that I placed on the internet, but again, this is still not resolved.  I am willing to accept the response and move forward if I my card has been credited which I have repeatedly told them.

 post office since it is over 6 months will not do anything with out a police claim on lost merchandise.  Please aggree to pay 50% of the order and we will do so and proceed.  I do not believe this order was missed since we take care of this vendor awesome!

I am rejecting this response because:Your reply says I should "feel lucky."  I feel lucky that you have had my money for 22 days and still have not shipped my product.  I feel lucky that you have yelled at me, treated me to abusive language, and threatened me the 2 two times you spoke to me on the phone.  I feel lucky that you have yet to reply to my 2 online inquiries.  I feel lucky that your internet site said that "my product is in stock and waiting for shipment to me".  I feel lucky that you have promised me 3 weeks in a row that my product would be shipped by the end of the week.  I feel lucky that you operate under 2 names and I could not find you listed the first time I checked the Revdex.com.  I ask why "A problem with pricing" is an excuse for not shipping my product?  Why do I really feel lucky, because [redacted] refunded my money and I not longer have to deal with you.  You should be ashamed of yourself for the way you treat customers and lie to them.

[redacted]  The owner of this business is a liar and has many reports of actions like this both to the Revdex.com and the [redacted].  I simply want a refund of the money they took from my credit card with no product to show for it.  The owner is greedy and wants something for nothing.  I have filed a complaint with the Illinois [redacted] and will file [redacted] dispute to get my money back.  I will then be telling all my golfer friends to never have anything to do with [redacted] or their online site.

This Customer we just spoke on the phone. Please close the case..  Employee did not scroll down on the order to ship both units. We are sorry we did not get the inquiry. Thank you

Not true. Called late in the  day.. and customer was not listening. Resolving getting the product from NOvember sale. Everyone was testy! We apologize for the agent We fired that employee yesterday!

NOTHING WE CAN DO TO EXPECTITE THE MANNER..   WE ARE NOT IN CONTROL OF THE MANUFACTURER ORDERING PRODUCT OR RECIEVING PRODUCT OR EVEN SHIPPING AND PULLING PRODUCT FROM THE VENDOR OF OUTS.  WE ARE A MIDDLE MAN AS A DROP SHIP VENDOR. WE APPRECAITE YOU EXPLAINING TO THIS PERSON   , SHE CAN EMAIL ALL YOU WANT. I am rejecting this response because: More lies. Check their [redacted] page for similar complaints. I never disputed the argument they continue to make. It's the manner in which they spoke to me I take issue with. And if the bag really did ship by [redacted] on the 23 rd of December as their emailed claimed, shouldn't I have received it by now? I want you, the Revdex.com of Chicago to change their grade from an A. There is absolutely nothing Wedtern Golf can say or do to cause me to accept their response. The are a disreputable company...I guessing [redacted] and [redacted] are not boss and employee either.

[redacted] We spoke on the phone on Friday night.. Send the Bag back to us at [redacted]   Not sure why you are filing a Revdex.com complaint. Our site is set up wit hthis product line Team Golf Products as a Special Drop Ship Product and it states...

NOT in stock and requires additional time.    We notified Mr. [redacted] of the delay..  He tried to get the product at [redacted] and was successfull and then we tried to cancel the order with the manufacturer and failed. I told [redacted]  Mr. [redacted]  that we would take the product back and to return the product to us. I am nto sure why this Mr. [redacted] has turned on us..  I hope he has a better day.
