Western Golf Shop Inc "RIP-OFF"!
Placed 2 separate orders for "Golf Grips" - March 12, 2021, $67.50 and then April 6, 2021, $53.96 - told by "Joe" they were shipped. When re-inquiring he said they were back ordered. I was billed on my Credit Card and disputed both bills. I get called by "Joe" regarding the dispute and tells me the orders were just shipped and will receive them next day. Called him back and informed him never received the 2 packages, now he tells me they were shipped as 1 package and to "Pay us".
Today September 10, no product, no communication, no refund - be warned, one would have to be out of their mind trying to deal with this guy.

Ordered from this company in May 2021 . It is now June 2021 and never received product ordered. Every email sent was responded to by telling me the product would be shipping this week. Have 1+ months of emails of telling me product will ship this week.

This Customer called us times today WE advertise this product as a special order NOT IN STOCK and this customer called us and told us to order the product from [redacted] We did Then she yelled and went off on us that we lied to email on 5/ IT NEVER SAID IT SHIPPEDThis customer had kids in the background and is in charge of daycareThis person should not be using the language as well as very angry on the phone over a golf bag that we NEVER stated it was in stockThis customer is ludicrous and needs to understand and read the siteMay 27th email stated NO TRACKING NUMBER AND IT STATED NO SHIPMENTGolfersedgeonline

Like I saidon the phonei am willing to sell you gloves for 50% off post office since it is over months will not do anything with out a police claim on lost merchandise Please aggree to pay 50% of the order and we will do so and proceed I do not believe this order was missed since we take care of this vendor awesome!

Dear BBB, This Customer called on the 23rd of December and asked where the order was .. We told her it was a SPECIAL ORDER ON OUR SITE AND SPECIAL ORDER WAS DEFINED ON OUR SITE ON AN ITEM NOT IN OUR STOCK AND REQUIRES ADDITONAL TIME TO SHIP OUT. WE LEAVE IT OPEN BECAUSE THIS VENDOR... IS VERY DISORGRANIZED FOR THE DOLPHINS CART BAG.. THIS PERSON WENT OFF ON MY CALLING NO WAY DID YOUR SITE state that.. I told her on 9900 items from this vendor every item has this on each Buy button it states Buy SPECIAL ORDER order now! and the definition. right above it. She threatened us to get a tracking number and made me literally cry.. Then I had a husband call and make threats on voicemail , which we did not pick up.. All over a golf bag that stated on our site that is not in stock. She said should would keep the bag and dispute the charge with the credit card.. Unbelievable from a older women and older man from NC. She said Customers are Always right but have no right to treat people like this. I hope you can make sense and tell her to stop calling me at 1 :30 a.m. to 3:30 a.m. today.. I will not pick up the phone calls and I will not respond to emails..... Tell them to stop harrassing us~! Please help us out with this customer We can fight the transaction because they have the golf bag now.. if they refuse the bag it will go to never never land..
