this Customer threated to do a charge back and starting swearing at us on the phoneWe tried to contact the customer since March 23rd and memorized his voicemail because we called SO many timesThen we get a lady that yells at us and threatening to do a charge back if they are going to do a chargeback to get the $$$ back from their card companyWe will not credit it and then lose money twiceWe will await the decision of this [redacted] customerPlease help this customer yelled on Saturday night on VM when we were OFF and went off on us when we were off on SundayThis customer is [redacted]
