They business was hired to fix the leak in the roof, they did not do that They came back didn't even look at the roof and attempted to recork the windows They do not know where the leak is coming from Instead of trying to find out where the water is getting in from by opening up the roof again they just tried to work around the problem and patch up the windows which may or may not be the problem They did not complete the job The job was to fix the leak in the roof which was not done when I made the complaint And I told Jen the reciptionist that if after it rained and the roof wasn't leaking I will with draw my complaint But as of right now the roof is still leaking this is a valid complaint, they were hired to fix the leak , which has not been fixed ,

One of our technicians had an appointment with ** *** this past weekendAny issues have been fixed. We also have another technician going to ** ***s today to powerwash the small drops of cement that were left on his pavers. Our company spoke with *** *** today and all seems to be satisfactory

This customer had made numerous complaints online before even notifying our office of any issues. Since we have been notified we did send a service technician to resolve the problems. We will also be sending another technician to repair the damaged trim. Our company is doing our best
to work with the customer and will continue to do so

Our company was not aware of any loose cabinets. We were recently at the customers home and he did not address any such concerns. As far as a problem with the light in the kitchen. Our company was made aware of that issue. One of our technicians had gone out to the premises to find that the...

light had been damaged by the customer. The light was fixed and the customer was told he would have to pay a service charge due to the fact that it was not an issue caused by our company.We also told the customer about a month ago that we would cover the cost to remove the cement from his bricks.The customer has yet to send us an invoice.

 Someone was sent originally to take care of the water leaking thru the windows in November 2016. We complained multiple times after that incident, saying there was still a problem with the windows. Someone came back again "repaired" I don't know what because I wasn't home when he got there. We called again after that visit to say we had drafts coming in thru the windows. Attached is the wonderful patch work done the last time someone was there to repair.

What Ronald Di R[redacted] said in his response of my complaint is not true. Ronald Di R[redacted] never found or admitted that the new roof that his company build for my house was ever leaking water. Ronald Di R[redacted] said his company will never fix the roof or the kitchen ceiling and never reimburse me if I got other companies to fix the roof and the kitchen ceiling. I want to be reimbursed by Panther Siding & Windows Inc. for $1,367.20 for me paying other companies to fix my roof and my kitchen ceiling that Panther Siding & Windows Inc. should have done. Panther Siding & Windows is responsible for fixing my new roof that was leaking water and the water damage to my kitchen ceiling caused by the roof leaking water period. Ronald Di R[redacted] played games with me trying to convince me that there was other strange reasons what was causing the water leak damage to my kitchen ceiling except the only reason the new roof that Panther Siding and Windows Inc. build for my house in only six months was leaking water. In which the company that finally fixed my new roof from leaking water, found the water leak problem in two minutes. Panther Siding & Windows Inc. had no clue or did not want to spend the time or the money to find out.This is what really happen I called Ronald Di R[redacted] when my roof first started leaking water. Ronald Di R[redacted] came over my house three days later with no rain happened in those three days. Ronald Di R[redacted] looked at my inner roof in my crawl space in my house and told me my roof was not leaking water it must be the central air unit leaking that is causing the kitchen ceiling water damage. I told him it has not rain in four days and your only a salesman please send your best roof engineer to check my roof.  He told me to get my central air unit check out by a central air specialist then I will send my roof engineer to check out your roof. I got my central air unit check out by a central air specialist. The central air specialist told me the central air unit was not causing the water leak damage to my kitchen ceiling. I called Ronald Di R[redacted] that the central air specialist said the water leak damage was not caused by the central air unit. Ronald Di R[redacted] now told me it was my crawl space in my house that is too hot and when the temperature drop due to a raining day, caused the crawl space in my house to leak water causing the damage to your kitchen ceiling. I told Ronald Di R[redacted] that I lived in this house for over ten years and never once had water leaks to any ceiling in my house.  I did not believe him I knew I was in trouble with this company in getting my roof fixed.  Ronald Di R[redacted] kept making up other ways what was causing my kitchen ceiling water leak damage but it all came down to the new roof was leaking in which Ronald Di R[redacted] never admit to.  First Ronald Di R[redacted] only sent a roof engineer over my house once after the roof water leak started. The roof engineer arrived to my house more than a couple of weeks after the water leak first started and after several hard rain days causing even more water leak damage to my kitchen ceiling. I took off work that day to watch the roof engineer an his helper to find the water leak problem on my roof. The roof engineer told me that they will look for a water problem by checking the roof tiles for moisture. I went in my house for a cup of coffee and to get something to eat.  Forty five minutes later the roof engineer called me outside to check their work on my roof. They put on my roof three new vents in bad locations. I was mad I asked way did you put new three vents on my roof without asking me for my permission and for what reason. The roof engineer told me that the roof is not leaking and Ronald Di R[redacted] told them to put new vents on my roof because the crawl space in my house was too hot causing the water leak damage to my kitchen ceiling. I called Ronald Di R[redacted] asked him why he told the roof engineer to put three new vents on my roof without my permission. Ronald Di R[redacted] said this will prevent the water leak problem caused by my crawl space being too hot. Ronald Di R[redacted] told me to wait on the next hard rain and to call him on what happens to my kitchen ceiling. The next hard rain happen in a couple of days and my kitchen ceiling got even more water leak damage. I called Ronald Di R[redacted] and told him what happen and to take off the three new vents from my roof and to fix my water leaking new roof his company build for my house. And to fix my water damage kitchen ceiling caused by the water leaking new roof which his company build for my house only six months ago. Ronald Di R[redacted] refused to remove the new vents and not fix the new roof from leaking water and also will not fix the water damage to my kitchen ceiling. If I got another company to fix my roof and my kitchen ceiling his company will not reimburse me for anything. I said your company is not going to help me at all your company is responsible for the roof and the kitchen ceiling problems. Ronald Di R[redacted] said his company will not help me at all.

The contractor Zino came to my house. I showed him the loose lighting in the ceiling which he did not install properly and he agreed he was going to
fix it with a proper bracket which should of been installed the 1st time when installed the kitchen. I did not touch the lighting in the ceiling and I have no purpose of touching the lighting.I also informed him when he comes back that the garbage can cabinet was loose again and he agreed to come back and fix it and he never showed up after numerous tries.I will submit invoices for my damaged wood flooring in the house and for the damaged to my bricks to Panther this week.

We wish that the customer gave us time to complete the service call before making the complaint. We talked to [redacted] on 12/*/16 and made an appointment for 12/**/16.Our roofer did go to the appointment on 12/**/16.

[redacted],I did have numerous conversations with [redacted] and I also met him at his home numerous times.I also sent a roofing mechanic to [redacted]'s home to inspect the issue. Following the inspection, my roofing mechanic told us that the leak was coming from the base of the chimney.[redacted]...

[redacted] informed me that he wanted his engineer to come and inspect the roof and told me he would call me with an appointment time. I told the customer that if the engineer stated that the leak was caused by Panther, that we would repair the chimney and repaint his ceiling at no additional cost.To this day, I am still awaiting [redacted]'s phone call.Please have [redacted] call us with a date and time that his engineer is coming to inspect the roof.   Sincerely, [redacted]

The company is wrong I've contacted them more than once I have phone records to prove and the contractor was contacted via cell phone 2 times yes we were within a budget but all supplies were picked out and ordered from the company they recommended not a place of my choosing I don't care to argue my kitchen is less than a year old and the floor needs to be repaired loose cracked and uneven floors plus the heating vent fell off cause it was never secured on in the first place I just want these issues repaired they told me I have a warranty so I would like them to hold up there part of my contact and repair it I was finally contacted today after a complaint was filed but was never answered before today so we will see if we can get this repaired thank you

This business would like to give the impression that I shared my complaints concerning the business and it's work on social media FIRST before contacting them. That is just not true. I called my contact person and informed him of the issues I was having with the work & workers over the course of the job. He would give dates of his return and/or calls; but not call or show. I called the office to let them know I was having trouble reaching him and explained my reasons for calling and I would be told to expect a call back. After being locked into a contract for a decent sum of money, I didn't expect a cold shoulder from what I thought was a reputable company. I only resorted to social media after not hearing back from my contact  for a week. A couple of returned phone calls and a legitimate plan of action to address my concerns could have prevented this.

We originally went out to resolve the issue in November of 2016.After that, we did go out again, following our conversation with [redacted]. We capped and caulked the windows at his request.
