[redacted] contacted our office on 11/**/2016, which seems to be the same exact day he made a complaint to Revdex.com (leaving us no time whatsoever to as the issue)We did call [redacted] back to make an appointment for Saturday 11/**/16, which he said was fine. Were assuming he may have been a...

little distracted with the Holidays and maybe have forgotten that we made that appointment. So our office rushed the service appointment for [redacted] only to get there to find that the leak was not caused by the roof but by an issue with the capping on one of the windows that WE DID NOT INSTALL. Rather than telling [redacted] to call a window repair person, my service technician did caulk the window to prevent future leaks as a courtesy and free of charge. So please note, this complaint is invalid because the issue was not caused by the roof we installed.Please do not hesitate to contact our office with any additional questions.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I sympathize with [redacted] & his wife; that's difficult for anyone. However, [redacted] has been inconsistent since February. He was on time for the contract signing and came early to collect the first payment. Since then he's proven difficult to contact. In what contractual type of business does the customer have to repeatedly solicit customer service?I didn't include dates in any of my complaints. Therefore I don't understand how the company knows that the week [redacted] had personal issues was the exact week/time frame I referenced previously as not being able to contact him. Either it's pure assumption or they Were aware and did not act on his behalf. A company cannot stay in business nearly 60 years without having fail-safes in place for When things do happen. Any company that employs people, knows and adequately plans for "circumstances."The company keeps raving about being accessible 24/7 via the office phone numbers. During that week [redacted] was understandably unavailable, was there no one qualified to cover his clients or at least give a courtesy call to check in on ongoing projects? As for Panther's repeated claim of my not calling those office numbers, that can be easily refuted with my detailed call log.My intent is not to trade words with the company nor solely tarnish it's reputation. I'm merely seeking for my complaints to be genuinely resolved "to my satisfaction" as the company mentioned it was working to ensure. At that, my complaints would cease, and my reviews of the companies work and service would be updated. If the company was not aware of my concerns during or before [redacted]'s situation, it has been aware for a couple of weeks now. I'm still waiting for Panther to take initiative, call or make an announced visit to my home (it's work site) in the same manner it took initiative to solicit my business.
