Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:It is inappropriate that they call making "threats" when I don't even know who they are calling or why I believe they should have sent written validation or something before contacting me by phone I do not want to receive anymore phone calls from this company They need to cease and desist If their claim is legitimate they may contact me through written correspondence Thank you Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have already filed a complaint against this company for making threatening phone calls to meThe company replied that they did not condone the behavior of their representative and would make effort to resolve this problemI received a call at my work work today...which I told them when they called before the last complaint that I am not allowed to have personal calls at my workToday I got a call from them on my work phone.,..which causes me a lot of troubleI thought this issue was resolved and I was wrongThis time they left a message saying I was in breach of a contract and can call this number or it would be reported to a credit agency within daysI do not know what they are talking about and last time they called before I reported them I asked them to send me any information they had to prove anything they saidThere was nothing sent, just continuing harassment.I want these people to NEVER call me at any number they have associated with meI also do not want them to contact anyone associated with meI do not know who they are, they do not give any details, just harassing and threatening phone callsThese people are predators and should be banned from doing business Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:They orginally accepted my payment arrangementWhen I called to ask for a recipt no one returned my callWhen they finally called me back it was to tell me that my arrangement was not acceptable and that my payment had been a one time hardship paymentThey said the guy who accepted the payment no longer worked for them and they do not email receiptsAfter a long as wasteful conversation the guy offered me another amount I can not affordHe ended up hanging up on me then called me back to try and give me a different offerI was called back again by someone elseI no longer wasn to deal with these people.
