He only bought once in $and is on our DNC listThe complaint is baseless because he is saying he never got deliveryThere was never an order in the first placeHe has no grounds to complain he is not a customer based on one purchase in February As you know dealers in MN are licensed
and one of the rules is about not taking people of the DNC listI would prefer that you don’t post his complaint

I read Westminster Mint's (From Minnesota Corporate Office?) response dated 02/05/I'm glad to see that they have now decided to do the right thing regarding my situationLet's be perfectly clear about my complaintThere was no confusion whatsoever with my order! I laid everything out in a clear and concise manner/timelineI still have a copy of their own shipped invoice which clearly reflects what I ordered, didn't order, what I received and didn't receive, etcLet's not forget that Jake, their Madison, WI Salesman, told me that my CC account would be credited back the $on January 28th Today is the 6th of February and this credit still has not been posted to my credit card account
Westminster Mint said they will take the additional step of crediting my CC account the difference on those two Pope Francis coins ($12.00) they sent, which I didn't orderThis does show a good faith effort on their partThere is no doubt in my mind that had you guys (Revdex.com) not stepped in on my behalf, they would have completely dismissed my complaintLike I said before, they lost a great potential long-term future customerThey should be ashamed about how they treated me and how they handled my complaintThanks Revdex.com Minnesota for advocating for me! Please advise (definitive date) when this $will be credited back to my credit card account, and also please let me know when my complaint against Westminster Mint will be officially posted onlineThanks again,

Customer was initially double charged for $order on 9/29/17. We credited back $on 10/30/18. In December, we received two returns from the customer - at which time we credited back two $charges to the credit card that was originally charged as operating business
procedure. In reviewing our bank records, all of these charges were accepted by the bank and should have been credited to the customer by his bank. We ask that the customer provide documentation that this credit was not received as our bank records are reflecting differently

As stated in our previous responseWe refunded the $purchase price to the customer on March 15, We consider this the end of the matter

I am rejecting this response because:
I did provide a valid credit card It is s CITI Mastercard I am currently using it and have paid it's balance off for many consecutive months It is a shame that I was placed on a Do Not Call list because I wanted to be a good customerI don't want others to have to go through what I have gone through

Ms. [redacted]'s money was wired back to her. Requested she refuse/return package if she receives it.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/02/09) */
Mr. [redacted] was taken off our mailing list in 2012. This means he is unable to place any orders with us and we are unable to contact him. At this time we have not seen a check for $341.59 from Mr. [redacted]. Should one arrive we will of course...

return it to him.

Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2015/02/23) */
Mr. [redacted] was removed from our mail and contact list in 2012 and should not be getting any correspondence from us. We also have no record of him in our email database. If he is being contacted by email please give us the address and we will make sure it is removed. As stated, we were on the look out for a check. It arrived on Friday and will be returned to him today. We consider this the end of the matter.

The customer will pay the price of silver that was agreed to when the order was placed.  They are locked in once they submit the order, the customer is not affected by the movement in the price of silver.  All but one of the items are being shipped via fedex overnight 2/15/17. ...

The backordered item will ship in the next few days.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2014/03/28) */
Mr. [redacted] has made over twenty transactions with our company. On each occasion he has called us responding to one of our adverts. There is no requirement for anyone to buy any additional product or service when responding to an...

advert.Mr. [redacted] should be aware of this by now. The confusion here arises from the fact that on the day we were experiencing computer difficulties. Mr. [redacted] placed an identical order the week prior to this one. That order had not yet shipped and the agent was trying to ensure there was no unintended duplication of the order.Should Mr.[redacted] still want to buy the coins we are willing to accept the order at the advertised price. [redacted] will be willing to take an order at anytime. We hope this resolves the matter and that Mr. [redacted] continues to place orders with us.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2014/04/04) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
They did not tell the truth of what transpired. I understand very well when somebody tells me I can't purchase the additional coins unless I purchase a certified coin for $140. He knew I placed an order the previous week by looking at his computer so the computer was not down as he stated. Assume his computer was down, why didn't he called me back when it was up and running.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 12, 2015/06/23) */
The coin Mr. [redacted] purchased was independently certified and has been graded in perfect MS70 condition by PCGS, the leading coin grading service in the world. The coin is 100% genuine. This coin is a bullion strike coin that was minted...

at West Point. Bullion strike Silver Eagles have been issued since 1986 and none of them have ever had an identifying mint on them. Bullion strike coins are now mostly minted at WestPoint although some are also still minted at San Francisco. Because there is no mint mark on the coin, the grading service, PCGS, identifies the mint who struck the coin in parenthesis. (W) for WestPoint or (S) for San Francisco. This (W) or (S) appears on the holder of the coins. Not on the physical coin. Only Proof coins and special commemorative coins are minted with any identifying mint mark. This coin was purchased in October 2014 and is now well out of the 30-day inspection period we offer. If Mr. [redacted] is not satisfied with this explanation he can return the coin for a refund of the original purchase price.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/10/15) */
We deny that any unauthorized charges were made to Mr.[redacted] credit cards. The first order placed in July 2015 and delivered in July 2015 had a 30-day money back guarantee. Despite a time lapse of nearly three months, this order was not returned...

to us and no dispute regarding billing for the order was filed by Mr.[redacted] with his credit card company. Our procedures make it impossible for us to ship a second order to Mr. [redacted] if the prior order was in dispute with the credit card vendor. The second order is also covered by a 30-day money back guarantee. Upon receiving this complaint letter from the Revdex.com on October 8, our Vice President immediately contacted Mr. [redacted] by phone and arranged with Mr.[redacted] that we would send a Federal Express courier to pick up both orders. We told him that once Federal Express had confirmed receipt of the coins we would immediately refund the money. As of today, October 15, Mr. [redacted] has not returned the coins and has not returned our telephone calls. We have made every attempt to contact Mr. [redacted] to settle this matter and regardless of our policies we will immediately refund his money when we receive the coins back.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/10/19) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I appreciate greatly the attentiveness of the Revdex.com to this matter as I have never in my life filed a complaint with your organization previously. However, in this situation the Highland Mint is "simply lying".
Mr. Rob Johnson the Senior Account Executive contacted me and indicated the July 2015 order was sent in error. Thus, I was simply going to return it when I realized they actually charged my account for it. Thus, I disputed the account with the credit card vendor. I held the coins due to the dishonesty of this company as I did not want to pay my credit card (which I have already done) then send the coins back and be at a total loss.
Then unbelievably they sent a new order of coins without my consent and charged my account once again. I was then forced to change credit card numbers so this would not continually occur. An individual did contact me on October 8th and requested the return of the coins. I indicated that they could have the coins once they did the following:
1. They had to advise me specifically of the procedure in writing; and
2. They had to pick up the coins at my office, and confirm in writing the proper credits had been issued on my card.
They indicated to you they had contacted me on numerous occasions which again is incorrect. After the initial call on October 8th I have not heard from the Highland Mint again.
I am more than happy to return the coins but I need to be assured my credit card has not been charged for them, and the Highland Mint needs to have the coins arranged to be picked up from my office. This is not a complicated matter as it is simply a situation of sales people from the Highland Mint churning an account by trying to make commissions when a product was not ordered.
I apologize for all the time Revdex.com has spent on this situation.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2015/10/23) */
Scheduled fedex to pick up packages but we have not received the product back from Mr. [redacted]. Once the product is returned, a refund will be issues to Mr. [redacted]. We have closed his account so no further orders can be placed.
Final Consumer Response /* (3000, 11, 2015/10/26) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
They have not scheduled a date yet to pick up the coins and provide us with a refund.
The problem actually is they need to stop sending product to people that is not actually ordered.

I am rejecting this response because:
THE 99.00 IN QUESTION WAS CREDITED TO A "CLOSED ACCOUNT" AT cCOMERICA bANK DALLAS, I VISITED WITH THE bRANCH Manager at Comerica Spring Valley and Midway and was told the Bank does NOT process transactions regarding CLOSED ACCOUNTS...FEDERAL TRADE COMMKJISSION, WISCONSIN ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE AND THE tEXAS ATTORNEY GENENERALS OFFICE PLUS DAVELIEBER THE DALLAS WATCHDOG...

As we were unable to fulfill the order he was requesting, our salesmen simply tried to offer him another coin that customers are normally interested in.  Mr. Ian [redacted] called the Revdex.com to explain that we did not have the amount of Maple Leafs the customer wanted. We were under the...

impression that this was communicated to the customer by the Revdex.com as well.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/07/23) */
I would like to offer our sincere apology to the [redacted] family. The products they ordered in February were in stock then and are in stock today. Although this is obviously some sort of computer error, the consumer made enough calls and spoke...

with people who should have been able to rectify this matter. We have shipped the coins today and I have called and left a message for Mrs.[redacted] to notify her about this and to offer my apology. We have also refunded the purchase price of $93.30 today.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (2000, 7, 2015/07/25) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I accept and it is a very generous response and we will do business with them again. Thank you.
