Point. Bullion strike Silver Eagles have been issued since 1986 and none of them have ever had an identifying mint on them. Bullion strike coins are now mostly minted at WestPoint although some are also still minted at San Francisco. Because there is no mint mark on the coin, the grading service, PCGS, identifies the mint who struck the coin in parenthesis. (W) for WestPoint or (S) for San Francisco. This (W) or (S) appears on the holder of the coins. Not on the physical coin. Only Proof coins and special commemorative coins are minted with any identifying mint mark. This coin was purchased in October 2014 and is now well out of the 30-day inspection period we offer. If Mr. [redacted] is not satisfied with this explanation he can return the coin for a refund of the original purchase price.

people who should have been able to rectify this matter. We have shipped the coins today and I have called and left a message for Mrs.[redacted] to notify her about this and to offer my apology. We have also refunded the purchase price of $93.30 today.

As we were unable to fulfill the order he was requesting, our salesmen simply tried to offer him another coin that customers are normally interested in.  Mr. Ian [redacted] called the Revdex.com to explain that we did not have the amount of Maple Leafs the customer wanted. Made 4 purchases from Westminster. Coins, sets, rolls etc.
Have NEVER had a problem. ALWAYS got what I ordered and in the time frame expected sometimes SOONER.

Have recommened westminster to friends and THEY had NO problems with THEIR purchases.

We deny that any unauthorized charges were made to Mr.[redacted] credit cards. The first order placed in July 2015 and delivered in July 2015 had a 30-day money back guarantee. Despite a time lapse of nearly three months, this order was not...

returned to us and no dispute regarding billing for the order was filed by Mr.[redacted] with his credit card company. Our procedures make it impossible for us to ship a second order to Mr. [redacted] if the prior order was in dispute with the credit card vendor. The second order is also covered by a 30-day money back guarantee. Upon receiving this complaint letter from the Revdex.com on October 8, our Vice President immediately contacted Mr. [redacted] by phone and arranged with Mr.[redacted] that we would send a Federal Express courier to pick up both orders. We told him that once Federal Express had confirmed receipt of the coins we would immediately refund the money. As of today, October 15, Mr. [redacted] has not returned the coins and has not returned our telephone calls. We have made every attempt to contact Mr. [redacted] to settle this matter and regardless of our policies we will immediately refund his money when we receive the coins back.

I appreciate greatly the attentiveness of the Revdex.com to this matter as I have never in my life filed a complaint with your organization previously. However, in this situation the Highland Mint is "simply lying".
Mr. Rob Johnson the Senior Account Executive contacted me and indicated the July 2015 order was sent in error. Thus, I was simply going to return it when I realized they actually charged my account for it. Thus, I disputed the account with the credit card vendor. I held the coins due to the dishonesty of this company as I did not want to pay my credit card (which I have already done) then send the coins back and be at a total loss.
Then unbelievably they sent a new order of coins without my consent and charged my account once again. I was then forced to change credit card numbers so this would not continually occur. An individual did contact me on October 8th and requested the return of the coins. I indicated that they could have the coins once they did the following:
1. They had to advise me specifically of the procedure in writing; and
2. They had to pick up the coins at my office, and confirm in writing the proper credits had been issued on my card.
They indicated to you they had contacted me on numerous occasions which again is incorrect. After the initial call on October 8th I have not heard from the Highland Mint again.
I am more than happy to return the coins but I need to be assured my credit card has not been charged for them, and the Highland Mint needs to have the coins arranged to be picked up from my office. This is not a complicated matter as it is simply a situation of sales people from the Highland Mint churning an account by trying to make commissions when a product was not ordered.
I apologize for all the time Revdex.com has spent on this situation.

Scheduled fedex to pick up packages but we have not received the product back from Mr. [redacted]. Once the product is returned, a refund will be issues to Mr. [redacted]. We have closed his account so no further orders can be placed.

They have not scheduled a date yet to pick up the coins and provide us with a refund.
The problem actually is they need to stop sending product to people that is not actually ordered.

Mr. [redacted] placed an order on October 27. The credit card he provided declined. We made several attempts to collect payment for this order and received no response from Mr. [redacted]. The order was cancelled for non-payment on November 17, 2017.  The coin and free book are still available if...
