Review: The concrete was laid on 10-29-15 not to specifications that I requested. As per my conversation with the business representative, Westmoreland Concrete would return in late March or early April to make repairs from the crack that appeared less than 10 weeks after work was completed. It was due to the fact that no expansion joint was installed between the inside of the garage and the outside driveway. Mike came to my home on February 3rd, 2016 and said the repair would be would be made. I understand that his crews are probably busy this time of year. But he is not responding to my phone calls or my g-mail messages. Im also requesting that he reseal the concrete which he recommended. I realize I will have to pay for the resealing...Desired Settlement: That the repair be made without much further delay. Also resealing of driveway..

Terrible experience with Westmoreland Concrete. The concrete surface started to flake within 2 years. Mike S[redacted] (the owner) promised to fix the problem several times over a 2 year period and never showed up. Rude, untrustworthy and does not honor their guarantee.

Review: Within two years the surface of our driveway began to crumble. We tried to contact Westmoreland Concrete (Owner Mike S[redacted]) numerous times about the problem through phone calls, email and messages on their website to no avail. Months later Mike S[redacted] did respond to our calls about the problem which he immediately stated you put too much salt on it. We have never used salt on the driveway. Eventually, Mike S[redacted] admitted the problem was a bad batch of concrete after receiving several other complaints. Mike S[redacted] and the people from the company that provided him with the concrete inspected our driveway and admitted fault. We were told by Mike S[redacted] he would tear up our driveway and replace it by the Spring of 2014. All this was to be done at no cost to us. Mike S[redacted] said he needed to work out the details with his insurer.

Mike S[redacted] never contacted us so in June of 2014 we tried to contact him. It took countless calls but eventually he returned one and stated the work it would be done in the Fall 2014. He never showed up or contacted us and ignored all of our calls through the end of the year.

The same exact thing happened in the Spring of 2015 and the Fall of 2015. Several calls and eventual agreement to fix the problem which did not come to fruition.

Lastly, we contacted Mike S[redacted] in early March 2016 and he told us he would be in touch within 30 days to schedule our driveway replacement for early Spring. Several attempts to Contact him have been ignored.

Mike S[redacted] is unresponsive, unprofessional and untruthful. Westmoreland Concrete is the worst Contractor Company we have ever hired. Most likely he absconded with the insurance money at this point. Can you please help us resolve this issue?Desired Settlement: The Driveway needs to be replaced.

Review: The business does not return calls after leaving messages. 20% of bill has already been paid for future work. This has been a problem since the beginning when an appointment was made with the contractor to meet at my home to discuss and sign the contract. Their agent did not show up then. Im now sorry I selected them to do the work. They were originally chosen because of their A+ rating by the Revdex.com. Their agent told me it would be three weeks before work would begin, That was from september 18 , 2015. I wanted advanced notice so that I could clear the area for them to work. They have left me high and dry so to speak.Desired Settlement: I hope they contact me soon. Winter is coming. I don't want them to show up in December. They need to contact me and do the work soon. If they will not do so then I would like to be reimbursed ASAP. I will probably experience damage to my home because my garage door will not close properly in the cold weather. There is a water line in my garage....
