MS [redacted] customer ordered a Canon Rebel T3i camera, she ordered the import
model which is clearly stated on the product page. (Please see attached) We
called before we shipped the order to verify product information. We have both
USA and the import model listed on the website. Since we ship internationally
and many customers take their cameras overseas they do not need a warrant they
order the import version. Ms. [redacted] didn't missed the information on the
product page and wanted to upgrade to the USA camera. We shipped the customer
the USA camera. All her phone calls were answered she spoke to [redacted] and [redacted]
about her camera. [redacted] was willing to stay on the phone while she registered the
camera with Canon USA. Ms. [redacted] refused and ask to return the camera. On 5/1
[redacted] our customer service rep issue Ms. [redacted] a return ra to return the
camera. As soon we get it back we will issue a full refund with out any
restocking fees.

When the customer places the order before he places the order there is a check box with the terms and conditions. Our policy states that once an order is placed if the consumer decides to cancel the order we charge a 3% cancellation fee. We are charged this by the credit card company even if...

We are sorry you had to refuse the item you ordered. As per our return policy all packages are subject to a 15% restocking fee. On 3/30 refund the amount of 1,189.15. As a good faith effor to resolve this complaint on 4.8 a refund of $209.85. The order has been refunded in full.Than...

I am rejecting this response because:Abe's lies. They say whatever they can to get the sale. Just as expected this time they advt one price and give another because it's an old model, discontinued, or not the retail version. That's not my issue. My issue is that anyone can call and they will be mislead. I can't be at home when they deliver, so my primary concern was sat delivery because I can be there then. So I called last week and acted like I wanted to purchase a TV and told them I HAD to have sat delivery. They said the same thing then as they told me initially. Yes, they can do white glove delivery and it will be on sat.Please review the audio. My CC company already has it and has refunded the money to me. This place is a joke.
