I have been doing land deals with Harris Investments for the past 9 years and have been very happy with the results. Plan on continued purchases in the future.

I've worked with this real estate group several times and had a very positive experience each time. Would recommend them!

I bought some land I asked to see what he had in Palmdale ca he emailed 5 property in Palmdale ca I went and looked and liked one so I bought it the property was listed and sold to me as Palmdale I asked them many what was the address of the property so I could drop off some storage containers they never answered me after it went thru I found out it did not have street numbers just a parcel number I tried everything to get the street numbers so I could start receiving mail then 7 months later I get my bill for taxes and find out it not not a Palmdale property it's a small town called black Butte ca that is is zone for no deliveries of any kind and I will never be able to receive mail never be able able to build my log cabin kit and lost my medical benefits and am now living in a small shed I built for my shop this has devastated my life I a senior citizen with poor health and I am not well enough to make it thru another move also Blake bute land is worth far less than a Palmdale parcel as it was presented to me I have no more funds and struggle to survive I contacted them many time and fell I am owed some money off the purchase price because I was miss led that this was Palmdale if it was I could have put up my cabin recieved mail and kept my my medical benefits I was unable to get *** for over 3 months and became very I'll I asked them many time for help or a solution the did nothing me a a loc on Google maps but GPS dont work out here never had it ever called my location black Butte and feel I am owed some money for their mistake

The property is less than 1 mile off of Palmdale Blvd and is in the Palmdale area. If you click on the location on google maps it says "Palmdale". It may be in the Black Butte area, but as I've explained several times Black Butte is not a city in Southern California (it is actually a city in Northern California). I've offered several times for the buyer to call me and gave him my phone # to call at least 4 times during our exchanges. I don't really understand his emails and wanted to get clarification over the phone. He hasn't / wouldn't call. We listed the property accurately, provided gps coordinates, as as well a google map link, on the listing, showing the precise location of the land. Virtually no acreage land (like this) in the antelope valley has street # addresses. They are identified by parcel #, and are located by gps coordinates and google map links, all of which we provided before the buyer bought. If we made a mistake, I would offer a refund. I've double checked the listing and information provided. We sold the property in the exact location we represented. I don't know what else we could have provided to make the location of the land more clear. I've emailed the buyer my phone # at least 4 times. If he would like to call hopefully I can work out a possible exchange.

it is a city it not Palmdale like it was listed I dosnt matter if its 1 mile from Palmdale or a 1000 miles it's not Palmdale its black Butte if its was Palmdale I would be able to receive mail and get a permit I asked you for address several times and you would not answer me after it went thru I would be able to apply for the street address at the post office because it black Butte I will never be able to receive mail get water or build my already purchased which I told you what I intended to do with the land before it bought it but was never told to me that I was buy in black Butte land in black Butte is wort pennies on the dollar compared to land in Palmdale when you applied for the deed you applied for a resident in Palmdale the tax man corrected it that's when I found it it wasn't Palmdale it was really black Butte ca making my investment useless

The standard for advertising / marketing county land is to list the city by where the land is located. If you click on this property on google maps it will say "Palmdale". The gps coordinates, street name, and google map link were all provided on the listing. If we misrepresent something, we would offer a full refund. I double checked the listing and everything was represented accurately and properly.

plz see attachments if you Google black Butte near Palmdale it will show you that it is a city and my letter from the the tax collector will show you that is what was sold to me as a Palmdale property which makes my land worthless and useless I cant never receive mail or even get a po box because black Butte is zoned for nothing I need *** I lost my medical benefits because you have to be able to receive mail I asked them 6 times what was my address be ignored my emails

I bought a land from Mr *** and when I paid the amount of 8999 by credit card and Then he register to LA assessors county I received a letter from LA county assessors office that can proceed to transfer the Grant Deed due to Land discrepancy description and I text him and email a letter and he told me I will have the Title Company to find the description discrepancy because I bought that land from LA county Assessors and I don’t have a problem why they can’t register and have a discrepancy and that was June 20 and now it been a month July 22 2018 and there is no action , Because of this matter it affects my health and can not sleep became angry , upset and blood pressure been up and got sick. I want my money back $8,999 for me is a lot of money , I am old and work hard to a have a piece of land in Lancaster and someone trying to stub my back because of money. I ask him many times in the email and my niece been helping but up to now have not resolved the complaint and issues and he stop emailing and texting or responding to email and text already Please help me get my money back

The legal description used to sell the land to the buyer was the same legal description used for us when we purchased the land; and we purchased the land from Los Angeles County. I bought the land directly from Los Angeles County and used the same legal description on the deed to sell the land as the legal description I was provided by LA County. It would seem that if any seller would have the correct legal description for land being sold in the County of LA, it would be the County of Los Angeles. Still, we have reached out to the title company to find out if there is something that can be added to the legal description. As soon as we hear back from the title company and if the legal description needs to be modified, we will immediately modify it. It should be this week or next week at the latest. I have kept good communication with the buyer. Saying I stopped emailing and texting is not true. I have been responding to all texts and emails timely. Tell us why here...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Mr *** This matter not resolved yet Until they fix the problem or refund the money . First of all I am who’s reaching out what is the update , the company does not even emailing first that this is what’s happening now or still the same the issues not been moving a long up to now. I gave them more than 30 days already and not moving a long if your really on to it to resolve this matter or fix it to LA county assessors at this day it’s been resolved or they should email me the improvement what’s going on

I will give them 7 days more to fix it then if not please have the company refund the whole amount and sell the land to others when it fix. I am not satisfied with the service and same word the company explained for the past 30 days. I am tired hearing same explanation again and again

mr *** I just wanted to get my money back it’s been more than 30 days the issue not been resolved
