I ordered an item from shopftgs.com on November 23, The money was immediately taken from my account On Dec 2, I noticed that the order status was still not updated so I sent an email to the company There was no response On December I sent another message as the status remained "awaiting fulfillment" I have never received the product from the company or a response Upon doing a search I noticed that other consumers have also ordered and paid for items and not received their merchandise I feel like a company that scams people and basically steals from people should not be allowed to advertise or operate in any capacity

I have attempted to contact the business through email as well as with the internal website communication channelsI have heard nothing back for THREE monthsThis business stole my money and after I left a comment on their Facebook page asking for a resolution, they blocked me from being able to post or commentThis is by no means a reputable business and people should not give away their money to them

I ordered items from the company on their website on November According to their statement orders are usually completed within a three week period as they are made when ordered I kept checking the website to see what the status of my order was because they were Christmas gifts On their website there is no actual way to contact them, so I found their account through etsy and messaged them there days ago I have not heard a response I did some more digging and found out their names and messaged them on Facebook but still have yet from them in any form

Ordered from this company on June 5, I contacted them multiple times before I finally got an email saying my item was awaiting shipmentIt’s been sitting in that “status” now for two weeksContacted them AGAIN for an update on the shipping, with no response AGAIN!!! & now they’ve blocked me on social media completely ahhh is via how to contact themIf you can’t give me my items then just give me my money! Absolute thieves!!!!

I returned merchandise to this business on September 5th and still have not received a refundI want my money back
