Our voice mail system allows customers to send a VOICE/TEXT to our customer sevices reps for missed calls.  We DO RESERVE the RIGHT to NOT ALLOW Customers to be RUDE to our customer service reps for ANY reason. 

All orders are processed upon receipt. NOTE: Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and Credit Card Authorization. Most orders are SHIPPED within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.  

Items not in stock at the time of order that are deemed fill-able within 45 days are automatically placed on backorder.

Refunds:Authorized refunds will be processed within 45 days of the date authorized.
