While in general our experience with The Canadian Pharmacy has been positive, except for the *** telephone calls regarding refills, *** *** *** - we received a telephone call that our credit card had been denied - I was on a three way telephone call with the bank that issued the credit card and when the suggestion was made that the problem has to do with them, and not my bank which was authorizing all the charges, she *** insisting that it was my bank who had the problem, although my bank was authorizing the charges*** The other members of the customer service team have been quite pleasant, *** *** *** ***!
