Contacted the company to replace a broken spring on a wooden 16 x 7 residential garage door on a house originally constructed in 1983. Was quoted 260.00 to replace and install but was advised on the phone that if it was a special order spring there would be a $60.00 surcharge and before they could schedule a call they required my credit card information. Agreed to this and then when the technician arrived he measured the springs and advised they would be a "special order" spring and he would have to come back the following day with the "special Springs" to install. I did not believe these would be special order springs as they had been replaced once before and I did not have to special order. I therefore contacted another service company who replaced the "standard" springs on the spot and was advised there are only five different kinds of spring and all their service trucks carry one set of each at all times. Additionally, the cost was less than quoted by Creative Door. I would consider this to be rather shady business trying to get an extra $60.00 for nothing.

We contacted Creative Doors to reprogram our vehicles after a car break in resulted in a stolen remote opener. They sent a technician the next day. Darren the tech was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Creative Doors for your garage door needs.
The service technician was very personable, and answered all my questions on my garage door operation, which has been inconsistent recently. He pointed out why the electronic sensors should be relocated (away form the track), and why the overhead light did not work consistently. He efficiently relocated and aligned the sensors, and lubricated and tested the door.

I would not be able to continue doing my job if I was unable to get the medication that I need from this pharmacy. It has literally saved my job. None of the thyroid medication currently on the market in the United States helps with my condition. Some of the symptoms that made my life unbearable were the following: hair loss, weight gain, memory issues, joint/muscle pain, and loss of voice. As a teacher, I was ready to go on disability when I found the medication that I need at this pharmacy. None of the listed issues are so problematic that I consider going on disability, at this time. I am a productive, working member of society with the proper medication.

Service provided was prompt and my problem was resolved. Price was reasonable and service technician very helpful in explaining issue.
We contacted Creative Doors to reprogram our vehicles after a car break in resulted in a stolen remote opener. They sent a technician the next day. Darren the tech was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Creative Doors for your garage door needs.
The service technician was very personable, and answered all my questions on my garage door operation, which has been inconsistent recently. He pointed out why the electronic sensors should be relocated (away form the track), and why the overhead light did not work consistently. He efficiently relocated and aligned the sensors, and lubricated and tested the door.
All in all, excellent service.
