I have had to phone the company regarding them changing my refuse pickup day without giving me noticeThey claim the change was not listed on their billing statement but that a robocall was made to those households affectedI received no such call resides, this is not an acceptable way to notify your customersSince then the service has gone down hillI have had to make repeat calls to have my refuse or recycle bin emptiedAfter calls this week about the poor service, I then received a late bill notice with added fees, even though the bill had been paid on time.They are now making their own billing rules, and not established rulesTime to "you're fired"

I am rejecting this response because:Apparently they cannot readI am filing the complaint because I was not made aware of the cancellation policy of having to move to get a refundNOT, as I've already stated for their serviceIf I had known of their policy regarding refunds and moving I would have waited a month to cancelHowever as I plainly stated in my complaint, this policy of having to move in order to get a refund is not, nor has it ever been stated anywhere, at time of filing complaint, on their bills, web site, or verbally conveyed to me at time of starting serviceI have attached a copy of the bill which I paid in full, showing payment was made for September, October, and NovemberI cancelled before October 31, which would have been a pick up day, but am only asking for refund for month of November. We have never filed a complaint for serviceIt was for the issue of not providing any kind of notice whatsoever, about their cancellation policies, and only providing refunds in the instance of moving.

[redacted], I spoke with [redacted] today, and the issue has been resolved. We refunded $31 to [redacted] (check #[redacted]), the amount was $46-$15 for picking up the equipment mid-quarter. [redacted] mentioned he was always happy with our service, and would use WD again if his currently hauler raised prices. Thank you. My regards, Paul

WD is a growing company and recently has made some route revisions in order to provide better service to all our customers. WD tried hard to inform all the customers affected by these changes. We work hard each day to improve and would like to address your specific issue. information and for each new customer we take the initial first quarter payment in order to place them in our system and deliver the new equipment. WD's refund policy allows for 4 to 6 WEEKS. Regardless, I have made arrangements for a refund check in the amount of $69 to be placed in the mail. I certainly have no problem apologizing for all the miscommunication. 2015, 2014, 2013, and is ranked #1 in garbage collection and recycling in the Tri-County area. We work hard each day to improve, and we’re sorry [redacted] had a bad experience with the postman. I actually spoke with [redacted], he is a long time customer of Whitetail, but unfortunately sometimes we cannot meet some expectations of a customer. Whitetail has serviced [redacted] collecting both trash and recycling weekly for several years or more, we will not compensate [redacted] for services clearly and actually rendered by his own statement. I will contact [redacted] today and let him know that as of Wednesday, August 30 we will no longer service his home. Since I have not been able to resolve the issue to [redacted]'s satisfaction, I think it is best for [redacted] to start a new relationship with another trash provider in the area. I will make sure his equipment is picked up promptly after his last service day, and he has ample time to locate a new provider by for September. We have been using Whitetail Disposal for the past two years. In that time we have found their service to be exceptional with no complaints on timeliness, response to queries or billing problems. Requests for additional services were provided expeditiously with professionalism. We had switched from a higher priced competitor and found their service to be as good or better. We would gladly recommend them to anyone.

We're sorry the customer had a bad experience. Unfortunately, the route was changed due to a bridge issue. It is our normal policy to issue a refund check within 60 days if deemed appropriate. A refund check was issued on January 26, and cashed on January 29. The Complete process took less than...

I have been a customer since 2012. I was quoted a price of $75 per quarter. I received a flyer with price since 2012 is $69 per quarter and will stay till 2017. I called and will receive the $69 price but no adjustment for the years I paid higher costs. They do not change their price, just for people who call up and ask. This is poor customer service and shady dealing. I have had good service but this just isn't correct, he just kept saying other disposals will charge you more. Very disappointed

A check for $69 was with the agreement and deposited on Friday, July 14 for service to begin August 1st. We always try to deposit all checks immediately upon receiving in the office. We have no other notes listed on this account up and until we received an email on July 29th. We did review [redacted]’s email and it was somewhat unpleasant. In addition, we do not hang up the phone on anyone for any reason. Finally, the only poor business practice mentioned by [redacted] in her complaint was allowing a $25 billion company to match our price after clearly overcharging her or the person named on the account for their service. Regardless, we will issue a refund check for $69 to the named person on the account at that address on the account with [redacted]’s acceptance. Thank you.
