Review: I bought a [redacted] deal to purchase a tablet through Widget Circle. I ordered the tablet on September 1, 2013. The tablet did not arrive until October 15. I contacted the company twice about the tablet not arriving and both times I got an automated response. When the tablet finally arrived, I realized it was completely unusable. The camera doesn't work. The touch screen doesn't work. Apps will not load. I contacted widget circle twice to try to make a return and they have not returned my requests. Because the tablet arrived a month and a half after I purchased my [redacted] voucher, [redacted] would not refund my money either (although they did give me some store credit). I am just stuck with this tablet that doesn't work.Desired Settlement: I want this company to refund the money I paid for my [redacted] voucher for this product which is $63 after discounts that I got through [redacted].

Review: On 9/5 I placed an order to widget circle for their 7" inch tablet. The item was shipped on 9/26, Today is 10/24 and I have yet to receive my order. Any attempt I make to contact the company falls on deaf ears. I have called the company and no matter the time of day within the normal businesses hours. The answering machine would always say they are busy helping others. I have sent them emails and gotten back no response. Please help me to receive my tablet.Desired Settlement: To receive my order

Review: I purchased a tablet from this company using their website back on September 18th, 2013 and after making my purchase was informed of a 2-3 week delay on the order. I went ahead and decided to wait (even though this was not disclosed prior to them accepting my payment). On October 3rd, 2013, my account on their site showed that the item had been shipped but there was no tracking information. It is now October 21st, 2013 and after two attempted emails (with no response) and multiple phone calls to a recorded message with no actual option to speak to someone, I have exhausted my options of trying to contact the company to resolve this issue and am starting to question the legitimacy of the business. The phone number that is on the website: ###-###-#### does not appear to be anything more than a voice mailbox.Desired Settlement: I would just simply like the item that I paid for and if the company cannot provide that, then I want a full refund of my purchase price.

Review: I purchased a 7" android tablet through [redacted] via a promotion from widget circle. The tablet was purchased on 9/5/13 with a confirmation receipt; it has now been over 30 days without receipt of the product. I have contacted widget circle several times via email with 1 response to the shipping of my product. I received an email stating that my product had shipped approximately 2 weeks ago; however, there was no tracking # for the product and I have not received my tablet. My latest email to widget circle was on 10/4/13 at approximately 0853; there have been no response yet to my concerns. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would either like prompt delivery of my product within 1 week or refund of my monies.

Review: Order states that product shipped from their facility on 9-25, it has now been days and nothing has been scanned at USPS sorting facility so USPS states that product was never delivered to their facilityAccording to their website the product was shipped priority dayI have sent e-mail requests about status of order as well as called but all I get is answering machine.Desired Settlement: I would like the product I ordered to be delivered, if they can not deliver product I want total order reimbursed, which means voucher money I spent on [redacted] needs to be refunded from Wigit Circle as well

Review: I purchased a Google Notepad thru a [redacted] deal and after 6 weeks I received my product. After opening my product and trying to get it charged and working, it was defective. I text the number provided on the paperwork that came in the box and that text came back as failed. The company said to do this within 7 days and I did this within 5 days. Then I called [redacted] and told them what was going on and they gave me the phone number of ###-###-####. I called and it's a voicemail with no ability to leave a message but the recording said if there is a problem to email at [email protected]. I did that. I didn't hear back and so I called [redacted] again and they said they would send an email as well asking the company to please respond and send me a new device. No response and [redacted] said there was nothing they can do.Desired Settlement: replacement

Review: I purchased an eversave voucher on 8/22/2013 for Widget Circle for a 4S Hybrid defender case in pink. I made the purchase using voucher #[redacted] on the same date. On 8/27/2013 my account was charged the $3.99 for the shipping. I contacted the company twice by email with no response. I contacted eversave by email and was given a phone number(which is a recording with no way to talk to a person or leave a message). And was told to contact the company. Very frustrated that I have not received the product to date and that no one has been willing to respond to my questions as to whether or not it has shipped?Desired Settlement: This was actually a gift for my daughter who really needs this item. If it is not deliverable then I would expect a refund!

Review: Widget Circle does not answer it's phone, except by recording. Furthermore, questions sent to Widget Circle via email are answered only by form letter. Lastly, shipping is extremely tardy.Desired Settlement: I would like to speak with someone PERSONALLY, not get the same recording over and over.

Review: On September 12/2013, I purchased a 7"Android 4.0 Tablet with free leather cover and stylus from Widget Circle. My card was charged for the product and shipping that day. It has been more that a month now but I have not received it since I ordered it on line. It was supposed to be a gift for my wife at our wedding anniversary on October 1. I have sent couple messages to their on-line help desk regarding the status of my order but nobody has ever responded me regarding this matter. I tried to warm them form my last on-line complaints On October 12 that I will file a complaints against them no still, no answer.

I noticed that they were 2 complaints posted against this company for the same issue with the delivery and I want to know how the problem was resolved.

When it arrived, the charger does not fit the tablet charging port properly and it mostly does not charge, no it is unusable. It was a gift to an 84-year old woman.Desired Settlement: I don't want to pay more to return the deficient tablet-- it is just a way to get more money out of me.

I have NEVER received a response from them.

I do NOT want this Tablet from this company.

It is a month later and I still do not have it.

I would never deal with this company again and their NON-EXISTENT Customer Service.Desired Settlement: Do NOT send me this Android 7: Tablet.

If I receive it I want to send it right back.

I will not open the package.

I will insure the package to return ship it.

I do not want to be charged a 25% restocking fee, or any other such rules they may have to dissuade people from returning items they no longer want after waiting a month to get it.

I already have a tablet, as I could not wait this ridiculous amount of time to receive it (a month)!!! and still don't have it, Friday afternoon, 3:30 pm, 09-27-2013

Review: Widget Circle advertised an Android Tablet on [redacted] for $79.00 plus a $6.00 S&H Fee. I made this purchase on September 3, 2013 and received the product 3 weeks later on September 25, 2013. Immediately when I turned on the tablet it would shut off. I thought the battery needed to be charged. This was not the case as when the battery had a full charge, it would still shut off on me or freeze up. I would trouble shoot the problem according to the instructions and to no avail the tablet continued to freeze up on me, or it would completely shut off, and I would need to power up the device again. This was happening every time I would use the tablet, so on September 30, 2013 I tried called Widget Circle and only got a recording with no way to leave a message. I emailed them and received no response. On October 1, 2013 I call [redacted] the company who advertised the deal, and asked if they had any other contact information for Widget Circle as I was having no success in getting in touch with them. [redacted] opened up a claim for me and said they would forward it over to their marketing department and I would hear back from them shortly. On October 5, I received an email from [redacted] reading they were still working on my case. On October 9, same email, still working to resolve my issue. On October 12, I got an email from [redacted] stating that they were able to get in touch with Widget Circle and Widget Circle will be reaching out to me to send me a new tablet. On October 18, I sent [redacted] another email asking when I would be hearing from Widget Circle as no one has reached out to me as of October 18. [redacted] responded that same day stating they would reach out to Widget Circle again. As of today, October 21, I still have not heard from Widget Circle in regard to getting a new tablet and sending back the one that is not functioning properly. In the mean time, I have called Widget Circle to get the same recording each time. They have my money and I have a tablet that does not work.Desired Settlement: I would like Widget Circle to swap out the tablet they sent for one that works properly. If they cannot do that, then I would like a full refund including the S&H Fee.
