Review: I ordered an android tablet through [redacted] and placed my order through widget circle with my coucher and also paid my shipping prices through widget circle on 09-12-2013. I have not recieved my purchase and let it be known I have attempted to call them several times (5) and also emailed them once and online chat twice with no response back and no item in hand.Desired Settlement: I want my item which I ordered delivered in mint condition to my home.

Review: I placed an order with company on 8/23/13 for a phone case. According to their shipping policy I should have had my product by the beginning of September. I emailed the customer services on three different occasions, they sent me a general email each time saying allow 7 -10 days to process my order because they are behind. I called the company and I am never able to get through to anyone. On their recording it mentions chatting live with a customer service agent, but on their website it only offers me two ways to contact them, phone and email. My debt card has been charged for the product and I have yet to receive it and I can't get any answers as to when I will receive my product.Desired Settlement: I would like for the company to contact me via phone so I can find out what is going on. If I don't receive my product I want a full refund for the price of the voucher code I used to purchase the item plus I want a refund for shipping.

Review: I received an email on 3 October indicating my order had been shipped and I would be receiving a URL for tracking purposes. I emailed customer service on 7 October advising that I had yet to receive a tracking URL. I received no response. I email again 16 October again requesting status on the tracking URL. I have received no response. To date, I have not received the tracking URL, product, or a response to my inquiries.

Review: On September 4,2013, I ordered a tablet order number #[redacted]. I contacted company several time about product. On September 30,2013, they sent out an email saying item was shipped and they would send tracking number in separate email. I checked spam and inbox and no tracking number. The status on site says shipped. I contacted them Monday and no response. It is October 17th and I still have not received order.Desired Settlement: I would like my product and in good condition.

Review: I ordered a product I September 1 and here it is October 17 and have still not received it! I have tried numerous times to get in contact with widgets circle with no response!Desired Settlement: I would just like the product that I ordered!

Review: I ordered my product on 4/17/13. it was not received. I contacted the merchant through their website and was advised the product would be shipped between 5/10-5/19. This was the last update from the merchant. I have sent other emails and messages to the company but there is no response. It is now 4 months later and I still have not received my merchandise that has been paid for, or a refund of the money.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the product I ordered or a refund of my funds. I have requested this multiple times from the merchant with no reply.

Review: I purchased a voucher from [redacted] to use at Widget Circle (for a tablet). This was purchased on September 17th. I've been told twice that my item has shipped, but they have not responded to numerous emails. I have also never been given any tracking information. [redacted] is looking into the situation on their end, but Widget Circle won't respond.Desired Settlement: I would most like to receive my order as purchased. If that can't be resolved, I would like a full refund.

Review: I purchased at 7" [redacted] 4.0 Tablet + Free Leather Cover & Stylus in September via a [redacted] deal from Widget Circle as a Christmas present for my daughter. From the day she opening it, the charger was (crooked, bent)defective and never really charged the tablet. I have attempted to contact Widget Circle customer service 3 times via email and twice via telephone to return the product, only to receive an answering machine type of message. I do get an automated email response that states I will get a response in the order it was received. It's been well over a month and no response has been attempted to date.Desired Settlement: I want to return the defective product and receive my purchase price back.
