My experience with Resort Closing Network (RCN) was extremely positive I was first contacted by them in January about the possibility of transferring ownership of the timeshare property my wife and I had with [redacted] Resorts The RCN representative clearly explained what I would need to do and provided an estimate of the time frame for the process to be completed I received a confirmation letter from RCN letting me know that on May 12, the property had been transferred This was faster than I anticipated which pleased me very much I was also glad to be rid of paying the monthly maintenance fees Throughout this process, RCN answered any questions I had and kept their word about what they promised to do I would highly recommend RCN to those people who want to get out of owning a timeshare property

I wanted to end my ownership of weeks of timeshare at *** *** Resort at Lake Buena Vista I found a company in the mid-west that would handle my transaction for $ Because that was a lot of money, I could only afford to end my time for one of the weeks The following year I found another company that would handle my transaction the second week for $ Because that was a lot of money, I could only afford to sell the second week The next year I found Resort Closing Network that would handle my transaction for $plus a $county recording fee Like the previous companies, they were professional and courteous The transaction was handled over the telephone and the internet They answered all my questions and informed me when the transaction completed I was pleased that they gave me the same great service as the previous companies and at a third of the price!
