I was satisfied with the end result of the goal. THe process was lengthy but was well worth the effort. My only constructive comment would be that the client could be kept more up to date on how the process is going.
We used RCN to relieve us of two timeshares we had. We started the process in 2015 and finalized in 2016. Believe me it is a long process but with great results. RCN was very thorough and very professional in handling our case, as well as being there whenever I would call to get an update. I called several times just because we were anxious to complete the process even though they gave us timeframes that were pretty accurate. I checked them out prior to dealing with them, and even though they were not rated by Revdex.com at that time, we saw no complaints and knew they were legitimate. I would recommend them if you are wanting to be relieved from your timeshare, but know that it could be a long process especially if you have a timeshare out of the country.

My experience with Resort Closing Network (RCN) was extremely positive. I was first contacted by them in January 2015 about the possibility of transferring ownership of the timeshare property my wife and I had with [redacted] Resorts. The RCN representative clearly explained what I would need to do and provided an estimate of the time frame for the process to be completed. I received a confirmation letter from RCN letting me know that on May 12, 2015 the property had been transferred. This was faster than I anticipated which pleased me very much. I was also glad to be rid of paying the monthly maintenance fees. Throughout this process, RCN answered any questions I had and kept their word about what they promised to do. I would highly recommend RCN to those people who want to get out of owning a timeshare property.

Since I was not very successful with closing my timeshare, I thought I would take a chance. The Resort Closing Network was very professional and helpful. It took them almost a year to close my timeshare but I was very happy that it finally my problem was over.
