Review: I got three gallons of diesel instead of gas, the pump was black and their was no sign on it and the worst part it should not of fit in my gas tank when called then about it file a complaint no real response to this and well over a week, the cost to have the tank pumped was 256.25 plus lost wages from workDesired Settlement: I would like my money back of the 256.25 and the lost wages from work

We are writing in response to your letter dated April 30, 2014 regarding an incident at our Wilco location in Charlottesville Virginia. [redacted] accidently fueled her gasoline car with 3 gallons of diesel fuel. She states our pumps were not marked correctly or clearly, that the diesel handle should have been green, and is asking that we pay to have her vehicle fixed and pay her wages for lost time at work.

Our diesel pumps are bright orange and we have diesel clearly written on the bottom several times. In regards to the diesel handles, there is no universal color for diesel. Every company has their own color indicating diesel. We have black handles with bright orange pumps.
