This was my second time using Mauzy, last year for my AC and now my heater Elkan who fixed my AC with professional, friendly, efficient and even gave me a senior discount which I hadn't asked about Today I had Ryan who was also very professional, friendly, and efficient, however no senior discount was given, he did go a step further and found out why I had a problem and recommend how I could save myself from futher problems or something worseThank you Mauzy for hiring such great employees
Mike * in sales came to our house at our convenience one evening and spent over an hour discussing our needs and options with us NO HARD SELL, very informative Chuck and Ulysses were the installers They were on time both days, very professional, and gentlemen! They explained what they were doing, cleaned up both days when finished, and made sure all of my numerous questions were answered
This is the biggest rip-off I have ever experiencedI needed to replace thermostatsEach Honeywell TPro series thermostat was $A few days later I decided to look up all the fancy things this one has and I was in for the shock of a lifetimeNothing fancy! No WiFi or special featuresJust a basic thermostatI found the the same thermostat online with a major company for $and they will include expert installation for$I was told I need this particular one because of the way my air and heating areI just feel sick about the entire experience
