I would highly recommend Mauzy for your Heating Air and SolarI recently had my antiquated A/C and Heating removed from my home and Mauzy installed A Lennox Gold System Jonathon, Luis and Scott were timely, professional, knowledgeable, organized and so tidy They were very personal too which made the whole experience more enjoyable
Mauzy Heating and Air are excellent, very professional and simply wonderful to deal with They were very quick to get an appointment when we needed it and the Tech, Ehly even came early, which was most helpful We've had Ehly out twice now and he has considerable expertise, most friendly and very careful concerning the home We absolutely will only rely on Mauzy for our A/C and heating needs
I was pleased with the entire experience, from the initial phone call through the servicing of my furnace 500% better than the last company I dealt with, who spent more time UPSELLING than actually working
Pretty frustrated this morningI want to share what happened so anyone in the Julian area doesn't have it happen to themOur AC unit stopped working last weekI made an appointment with Mauzy to come out this morning and diagnose/fix the problemThey called and texted me this morning saying," they don't know how I got on their schedule since they don't service Julian." Mind you I called them Monday to confirm they'd be here today and to let them know if they had a cancellation or if their service person ended up in Julian before then that I would be homeWe're in triple digit heat here right nowThis is inexcusable!
Technician, Jeff B, arrived on time He was very courteous and set to tumy heating and air conditioning unit He pointed out a/c deficiencies and repaired them upon my approval Heater operation now runs more quietly and smoothly Great job Recommend Mauzy for any a/c or heating needs
I contacted Mauzy to perform a tuneup on my furnace to make sure it safe an functioning properlyDaniel Hwas the technicianHe was very thorough, knowledgeable and had an excellent customer service attitudeThe blower motor was noisy and going badA new one was installed and the HVAC unit sounds much quieterI would definitely recommend MauzyI was definitely pleased with their service
