I understand that they said to bring the vehicle in, but I have brought the vehicle in numerous times while the engine is misfiring and just turned away or told to come back later. The vehicle misfiring is intermittent and it does it about 80% when the engine is cold. Problem is that driving 20-25 minutes to the dealership when I've scheduled appointments and they turn me away stating they cannot duplicate the problem even though they can plainly see the computer codes that check engine light is on and continuously flashing. According to the manual from dodge, if that light flashes, you are to pull over immediately and take it be serviced. Not safe that I have been forced to drive the vehicle for over a month now. The vehicle needs to be serviced but I need assurances that I'm not going to be turned away yet again. If they need to keep the vehicle and provide me a loaner vehicle that is fine too. Since this is warranty work

ignition misfire. Unless the vehicle is mifiring at time of inspection, we cannot guess at a potential repair. We along with Mr. [redacted] want to repair his vehicle to a safe condition, but we cannot diagnose the vehicle unless the problem is happening. Mr. [redacted] is more than welcome to bring his vehicle in for inspection when it is occurring. We will be more than happy to inspect his vehicle at that time.

Ms. [redacted] has indeed recieved emails concerning upcoming or cancelled service appointments, we have been working to correc this situation. There are 2 outside companies, including Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, that send these emails. We have contacted both vendors and they are looking into why this...

could have happened. We have confirmed with Ms. [redacted] numerous times that our dealership records only indicate she has owned or serviced 2 Dodge vehicles with us. At no point was her personal information or vehicle information at risk, nor was there any intended mis use of her name and or information. We are still waiting for both vendors to respond with their findings and hopefully this situation will be fixed soon.

During a routine unclaimed property check, we found Mr. [redacted] had not cashed a check from 2015. On 4/13/2017 [redacted] from my office emailed Mr. [redacted] to contact him and confirm his address and subsequently made a new check and mailed it out on 4/17/2017. This check was also returned. There is no problem refunding the customer her money for an accessory that does not work for her. However, I would suggest we try and install a dog barrier from the 2014 model line, before we just refund her money. This I believe would work better and I would install at no charge.
