[redacted] was very professional both on the phone and in person. He was extremely prompt on all visits and always called the night before to confirm appointments.
He quoted an initial evaluation price on the phone. On his first visit he found, showed, and explained evidence of mice activity in our attic. He then quoted a price for treating the attic area and performed an extensive inspection of the outside of the house with me, showing me several possible points of entry. He then quoted me a price to fix these portals, and a separate price for setting several bait traps on the perimeter He waited an appropriate two weeks between treating the attic and setting the bait traps.

A subsequent visit showed that the mice were taking the bait both in the attic as well as in the outside boxes.

Only possible complaint was that I experienced a foul odor in my home for about 1 1/2 weeks after the initial attic treatment. I was told that this was very unusual as typically the mice go elsewhere to die.. The odor; however, did dissipate and if the problem has been solved as it appears, was well worth the inconvenience.

The entire process was rather costly, however [redacted] was very up front with the various quotes . I would highly recomomend this company for anyoone with similar problems..

[redacted] was nice and super professional...I appreciated seeing the careful inspection of our home to assess our bat problem and to make sure I understood all the steps he would be taking during the process. Too he was very quick to respond and schedule appointments and he showed up on time! It's pricey...yikes!... but all of this bat work is, and it's worth it for the peace of mind we now have. I figured our 1913 home would have its fair share of crevices and cracks to repair...36! But, I can now read in bed at night and not worry that I'll look up and see a bat circling above me! I would recommend him to anyone that needs this type of work done.

I found I had a live raccoon living in my attic. It had taken up residency for approximately two weeks before I discovered him/her.
The first company we called was Orkin and they suggested we call WildLife Pro and speak to [redacted]. We took that advice and called him as well as another company on a Sunday waiting for a call back. [redacted] was the first to respond to our needs and and told us his rates. We were also called back by the other local company and found that WildLife Pro was slightly cheaper.
Overall experience, [redacted] told us what he planned to do, gave us his plan in writing and did everything he stated. We are very happy with the results. [redacted] is very professional and very courteous and prompt. I whole heartily recommend him if you are experiencing a pest problem.

I was very pleased with Wildlife Pro. The owner, [redacted] came out and was very professional and explained how it all works in catching raccoons. He set up 4 traps the first day and we caught 3 raccoons the next day, Then the next day we caught 1 raccoon. Nothing the next day, so he came back the following week and set up 3 traps. No raccoons caught the next couple of days, so he took the traps back.

We found a bat that we thought was trapped in our attic. Two different exterminators in the area recommended Wildlife Pro to perform a catch and release of the bat. With that recommendation, we called Wildlife Pro. During the initial call and during the visit to the house, [redacted] explained the entire process and also educated us about bats. Even though the bat was gone by the time [redacted] arrived, he still secured the bat's access to the house. He was very polite and very professional. We will definitely call if the need arrives in the future.

We had groundhogs that were raiding our vegetable garden and after trying for a couple of weeks had no luck on our own. We called Wildlife Pro and after just two days they not only caught our two groundhogs but also two raccoon. The owner was very professional and a pleasure to work with. We definitely will call them again!

A couple of Saturdays ago, my wife and I were awakened in the early morning by a clawing noise followed by thump in the attic. It continued for several minutes and we could hear the "creature" moving from room to room. A while later, we discovered a slat from our roof vent stuck in our neighbors yard like a spear.
We first called a national chain critter control company and received a recording to call during the week and that we get a response by the next business day.
After some research, we decided to call Wildlife Pro. The owner, [redacted], returned the call within an hour. He reassured us that we were OK and came to our home on Tuesday. Immediately upon exiting his vehicle he told us that raccoons had been here.
He checked the attic, the exterior of the house, then returned to secure our house. [redacted] took the time to explain each step of the procedure and we also learned a lot about wildlife habit and behavior. We highly recommend Wildlife Pro!
